Ordered double chocolate cheese. It originally cost $5.50!?!? Even after fave discount 50% using the eCard, it is not worth it at all at $2.75. Terrible looking egg waffles, while it is crispy, most of the holes are empty pockets, parts with chocolate is burnt. No idea why this place still survives.
Staff at the counter provide nowhere near any leve lof service. She looks so pissed off with new customers coming

Would give 0 stars if i could. The egglet was not made fresh and it was so hard and empty. Not the soft fluffy HK egglets you would expect. Most of my egglets were empty so it was just some overly crispy and burnt egglet. extremely sad. i ordered pandan but u can’t even tell from the picture. Would not even pay $0.50 for this lol

I’m a regular customer of this outlet, love the egglet!
However, today when I was at the store I was served by an unwelcoming older lady.
Her attitude was horrible, cooking skill was horrible too.
I came by before the peak hour at 5.45pm, ordered and she tsk me as though there was a lot of orders but it’s only me… after ordering I went for a walk.
Came back, orders were piled up. New customer queued to order, the staff told them off saying there’s a lot of orders already and she’s like asking them to go away. Super disappointed with her tone and response.
It took her x2 longer then the usual time to fulfil my order, she kept opening and flipping.
Super inexperience and keep showing black face.
Where is the Xiao Mei?
She’s always quick to receive order, and fulfilling orders.
Despite longer waiting time, she will mention to customers if it’s okay to wait about 20 mins as there’s a lot of order. And we’ll happy to order and wait.
It’s the same 5 pans and piled orders, but service/approach was totally opposite.

This woman is super rude.
I was at the counter waving at her she saw my eyes contact and ignored me she just walked away. After she back from her toilet she is not happy with me when I questioned her I’ve waved at her just now.
Showing black face not even apologise for what she did.
Still try to argued back with her bad attitude.
This is horrible customers service.
And the food she cooked is so hard! Like stone.!!
I asked for her name she refused to give me. So leave me no choice to took her photo.
Dear Management, please improve your staff and send them for a proper Training!!

This lady in the picture was extremely rude and disrespectful I asked her politely for 2 char siew pau and she said "I don't sell it, there it is in front" and rolled her eyes. I ordered the pau from her as she was standing under the sign which said "Nam Kee Pau". After I took her picture she left the stall unattended and was about to hit me. She then demanded that I deleted the picture or she would call the police on me. What disgustingly bad behaviour from a shop assistant. Not only was she extremely rude, she wanted to get physical for something she did wrong.

we decided to give in to the heavenly smell of egg waffles and grab an original waffle! the waffles were fresh, steaming hot and crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. the lady serving us was quite slow, but nice. we wouldn't mind coming back for another egglet when we feel like it!

The Vivo outlet only sell egglet but their other branch has offering such waffles with premium flavour Durian! Beside the tradition waffle they also have hotdog waffle! What I love about is that it is made fresh on the spot upon order. Love their egglet that is crispy on the outside, slightly chewy in texture and has a nice fragrant egg smell. Is also very fun to break it one by one and munch 😋

The food continues to draw in customers.
It is simple but addictive.
Simple ingredients that get you hooked and spellbound.
Now, there are more varieties to choose from.
To me, the original still stands out and stands tall.😋
