Bought this pair of shoes a week ago.. found out there was a slight defect.. went back on 13/1/24, the 7th day of purchase to address the defect.. the 2 salesperson and manager was understanding and kind enough to change it for me! Hope management will applaud their attitude..

Was served by a friendly lady, Liza. Even though there’s the Christmas crowd, she patiently assisted me with the cleaning of the shoe as it was the last pair and the display pair. She also guided us through how to care of the shoes and the cleaning kit that she used. Really happy with service and hope to be served by her if I ever get another pair of shoes again 👍

I want to say the staff here is so unfriendly , asking where is the thing I looked for, she don't even turn around to answer,just said the opposite,and didn't point any direction and her name is Irene goh. Only know keep talking with other colleague, having a bad impression here.

Rude customer service staff by the name of Siew Choy. Rolls eyes and purses her lips in disagreement when customer has more things to buy and not ready to checkout.

Went there because there was a specific loition that I wanted to buy. Before I could even reach the shelf that I wanted to browse, I was already hounded by this very pushy middle-aged Auntie promoter. As I was browsing for my item, "eh you want brightening products, etc etc" questions keep bombarding me. In the end, I had to firmly tell her - "I already know what I want!" And to my surprise, she said "I am only asking only what?!" Wah. Win leh. Instead of backing off, she can give such a retort. Thank God the shop didnt sell the item I was looking for. Go there only if you are a sadist and if you like to be harrased for browsing. In the end, I got my product at Guardian Harbourfront with zero pushy irritating Aunties... and with discount too!

I bought medicine here that required dispensing from a larger container. The guy took a bottle from inside, and without washing or disinfecting his hands or putting on gloves, proceeded to dispense 10 pills into another container right at the counter. Is that even hygienic? I expected better
