Inexperienced dog groomers. Took our double coated Shetland Sheepdog, of which they proceeded to shave her coat. Sadly this will permanently damage a double coat and will take some time to return back to normal.

They are very patient with Princy although Princy is a fearful and nippy poodle. The transport service makes it all convenient for us. Thank you guys for the superb grooming job done every time.
