The cashier was VERY rude and uninterested in assisting me. She also over charged me. I’m not sure but I think she over charged me deliberately. So disappointing and just not right. I do not recommend this store.

They really need to work on their Customer Service attitude. I don’t think I’ve ever been there without feeling like I’m an inconvenience to them. That’s not how I feel at other guardian Stores

Went to the store at 11.05 today was queuing to pay there was no one at the cashier and people waited for quite long, there was a person standing at the pharmacy there don’t even bother helping to call the cashier out have a better service

The staff of Guardian at HarbourFront has bad attitude. That includes the woman pharmacist. I was there at about 7pm, no crowd but when you ask a Q, the Malay cashier will point her finger to the other cashier, perhaps a junior staff. The Malay cashier was more interested talking to her friend wearing a tudung. The pharmacist on the other hand, though not attending to anyone but looking at her computer says wait a minute, I am busy. Hello Folks, go to Unity, 2 units away from Guardian, over there the girls smile and ask you if you need any help. I read some of the reviews posted by others, funny they say the same thing like rude cashiers, not interested to work. If the Management is reading this, or you are not reading the reviews? Kindly look who are the cashiers working for you? Where are they from? Philippines, Malaysia or Singaporeans?

The old lady pharmacist I think she need to rest no need to work as she get angry if the customer ask ofcour Lee where else can we ask if we want meds from that pharmacy . Very bad attitude . I came far and waited for her until her break finish but end up not buying anything she’s very rude … just stay at home if you don’t like to be ask .. not busy at all few people only and nobody at the pharmacy ..

Powerful sound system. A nice place for movie lover.

The sound system is really great! I watched spiderman no way home here and feel satisfied. The screen is not as big as imax tough.. so screen quality wise, imax is better i as it is biggher and sharper .. but gvmax wins the sound system! The price is almost same with normal movie too! Thus this is value for money if you want to watch in cinema with good sound system! Note that all other non gold class and non special gv (which means all normal gv) does not have surround sound system anymore!!! So i strongly suggest people to watch here!

Watched minions 2 movie on 4th july.. Screen resolution quality wise also not satisfied and sound system is very normal for this movie. Not a worthful experience though it's very BIG screen with lot of audience.

Watched PS1 movie.how the BGM and music. This theatre ruined the effects. Side sound bars are not working. Not even my home theatre effects. So much disappointed. I expect this movie so eagerly. Because of this theatre everything collapsed
