Friendly staffs and doctors. Would give a 5 star but I found the bed is placed in an open space. This might be the same for other clinics... But I would prefer to have a closed space. A little pricey but if ur insurance can covered , why not ?

Great customer service and very meticulous doctor. I had injury on my spine few years ago and have constant sharp pain. Went for specialist, TCMs, massage therapy but unfortunately these could not solve my problem. Just few sessions with Natural Healings, I can feel big difference. The treatment eased my pain a lot and I'm starting to enjoy sports again.

Doctors are great but company policy strongly discourage customers to have their adjustment at their convenient locations even though they have many outlets and even though customer has informed their regular outlet.

very bad attitude of staff working there. I got a suitcase and in one time use it was faulty , I came with the luggage and they couldn't care less . very poor costumer service. they basically asked me to send by myself the item to the repair center so I spend on taxis from home to vivo , from vivo to Geylang and back home ,they showed no empathy at all last time I buy a samsonite in my life

The store had three staff at the time we came in yet none of them knew which is which. I saw that I’m not the first to have this type of complaint but it’s as if neither the owner nor their staff seemed to care about making a sales.

Terrible sales associates, 2 of them weren’t even keen on entertaining customers, just standing at the side, caught them playing with their phones too. Even though I went with the intention of buying a luggage I decided to walk out. Such a poor service for a reputable brand.
