Inexperienced dog groomers. Took our double coated Shetland Sheepdog, of which they proceeded to shave her coat. Sadly this will permanently damage a double coat and will take some time to return back to normal.

I’m deeply concerned about the safety practices at this grooming facility. Leaving a dog unattended on a grooming table for 5–10 minutes is not just irresponsible, it’s dangerous. Accidents can happen in seconds, causing injuries or even tragic loss. Our pets rely on us to keep them safe, and this kind of oversight is completely unacceptable. No animal should ever be left alone in such a vulnerable position. Owners trust you to groom their pets, please protect their fur babies too.

Irresponsible staff. Rude and obviously doesn’t like animals.
Made appointment for 2pm, arrived 10 mins early and they were not ready for our 3 dogs.
So we said we will come back in 10 mins.
We came back on time, they just took our dogs without asking anything. (I had to force one of them to listen to my instructions and precautions to take for my dogs as 2 of them have conditions).
They hung 1 of our dogs on the table, another left on the floor and another outside their shop in our pram (anyone could have taken our dog away).
We stood outside and observed for 30 mins, our dog on the stand was so anxious that he tried to jump off the table and because he is tied to the table, he almost toppled the entire heavy weight table along with him when he attempted to jump. None of the staff can be bothered.
Another 10 mins later (40 mins passed our appointment time of 2pm), none of our dogs’ grooming has started!
And my poor dog on the stand has been barking non stop for 40 mins because of his anxiety issues and has started trembling. We have specifically told them that this dog has a severe heart condition, and cannot keep barking (I won’t mind if you bother to go muzzle him or stay beside him). We tried comforting him through the window all these while but he was getting more anxious! I had enough of this nonsense and is worried about my dog (since we couldn’t calm him down through the windows) and no one inside is bothered about him.
I went in and asked them when will they be ready for our dogs, they said another 30 mins ?!! Waited 40 mins + another 30 mins = 1 hour 10 mins
If you knew you that your appointments are delayed, you could have spent 2 mins to call us or drop us a WhatsApp, we could have waited at home! Wasted our time all together and affected all our weekend plans.
When confronted, I was told “if you cannot wait, then make appointments for weekdays. Weekdays don’t have a lot of appointments”
Excuse me?! The point here is, if you take my appointment, it means you are free right? If you are not free, then why take my appointment? Am I supposed to make an appointment but still need to make to wait an hour plus or more for you to provide the service? What’s the point of an appointment then if you cannot keep to the appointment time YOU GAVE ME!
It is ok with us if you tell us to come later due to certain delays by previous customers or situations, it is NOT OK to send us a WhatsApp reminder to ask us to be on time and confirm our 2pm appointment, but not tell us that you have been delayed and make us wait while you treat our dogs like trash.
If you don’t have the heart for animals, don’t be a groomer!
And obviously you know that your appointments are overbooked, why are there only 2 groomers (who are able to do the actual cutting of hair) on duty?
Doesn’t matter that you have 5 staff on duty when only 2 can cut the dog’s hair!

They are very patient with Princy although Princy is a fearful and nippy poodle. The transport service makes it all convenient for us. Thank you guys for the superb grooming job done every time.

Sukee did an amazing job grooming my dog, Yonji! The haircut is always neat and exactly what I want, and Yonji comes home looking adorable and smelling fresh after every full grooming. Sukee is always so gentle and patient, making sure Yonji feels comfortable the whole time. That’s why I bring Yonji here weekly for his shower. I truly appreciate Sukee’s care, attention to detail, and clear communication. Highly recommended for anyone who wants their pet to be treated with love and professionalism.
