Super bad device, they don’t seems to care about our reviews anyway, would not be buying any polar products anymore!! So many bakery out there, and they don’t seems to need business at all

Utterly rude and unruly staff in morning, the management should conduct random checks.

The morning staff was rude and work very slowly. Knowing theres customer waiting she continue talking slowly with another chinese customer. She then look at me with an attitude. Not going to buy here anymore

i went to polar and wanted to get some cake. i went there happily and excited to get my mom's cake, wanting to celebrate a special occasion. As i approached the counter, i enquired this particular staff (this pic below) and since there was a lot of cakes on the trays, i wanted to get a better look so i asked "hi can i take better look at the cakes?" She then muttered under her breath in malay "Like that cannot tengok meh" (Like that cannot see meh) I was shocked at this comment but continued on. Me: I want those two top cakes *pointing to those* Her: Which one?! Tell me colour Me: Pink and blue ones Her: Which pink?! I was shocked again by this very rude and ill mannered staff. Polar is this how you represent yourself?!?!? By hiring rude staffs like this??? Do better in hiring!! First and last time ill ever come to this outlet again!!!!

Usually have a good experience here with the other staff. However I had a bad encounter with a rude female staff member on 10 July at 6.30pm. Management needs to do more quality checks on the service.

Pre-ordered for a small office event. The order forms were clearly filled up and neatly written. At the time of the collection, the staff told me she can find the food for one out of my 3 pre-orders. She then looked at me with a look .(asking me for solutions ? Or ask me to call Polar delivering system ??) . She then took the photocopy (which I brought along) and start to pack from their display case . After a couple of minutes, the staff came and said the other two orders just arrived. For those who are in charge of arranging corporate events, please think twice about ordering from them .. Love the food , but can only buy for my own consumption..

Pei San was patient in our request for the cake order. She ensured that we were able to have the change of date so that we are able to enjoy the cake during this festive season. Polar Cakes is my go to for pastry and cakes, love their curry puffs and chicken pies. Their cakes are great as well with competitive pricing. Do look out for their promotional items. Again thanks to Pei San for her attention to details and service

Again another day without sugar roll with sugar coasting at vivocity. Not the first time, I come and didn't get sugar roll with sugar coating.The short n small size staff will always say dun have and ignore you. Famous for sugar roll but customer not able to buy them with sugar coasting is so disappointing.

Closes at 930am. They should update operating hours.
