So many chocholates to choose The design of the store beautiful and everything is arranged very well

I had a very disappointing experience at the Hershey’s Sentosa outlet on Christmas Day (25/12/2024) at around 1 PM. My family and I felt disrespected by the poor customer service we received. While I shall not name the staff involved, their rude tone toward our young children (aged 3-7) and an insulting comment to my wife, saying, "use your common sense," was unprofessional and uncalled for. We also noticed a difference in how customers of different races were treated, which made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This incident ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant visit. Hershey’s should improve their customer service training to ensure all customers are treated equally and respectfully.

We had a very disappointing experience at Hershey’s Chocolate World today, 2 August, around 0730 hrs in the evening. I and my kids felt disrespected by the poor customer service we received. I really want to drop the name of the staff involved, but I just prefer not to; her rude tone and looks towards us made my children frightened, and they wondered why she was like that. Even my daughter asked why staff acted that way. Even throw our chocolates on the weighing scale. It disheartened my kids, which made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This incident spoiled the intended enjoyment of the visit. For the management, please do something because most of your customers are kids.

Lots of chocolates to choose from that you'll surely not go out of the store empty handed. You can also buy different merchandise and souvenirs of your favorite chocolate (Reese's, Hershey's and Kisses).

There is nothing special except that there are a lot of chocolates. Same chocolates are arranged in different bundles with varying quantities. Their prices are also higher as compared to other places.

It was very disappointing to find that Hersheys Singapur sold us large paper balls hidden under the chocolates giving an impression of a chocolate pile in a ceramic bowl. There were barely 20 pcs in the bowl. The bowl costed us 39SGD. We took 2 of them to gift and it turned out embarrassing.The total purchase was of over 200 SGD yet feeling cheated.

HORRIBLE PLACE. do not visit, tourist trap, complete scam. they purposely place the items on a shelf by the edge so that customers knock them over by accident and break it. No signage that says “once broken considered sold”. Wasted $17.50 on this scam shop. Please do not visit as all the prices are tripled/quadrupled.

I LOVE CHOCOLATE! Naturally, this is my favorite store in all of Sentosa Island. After my trips to universal i stock up here with every variety of chocolate i can enjoy. If there's something new to try i get enough for myself and to share with friends. I hope at no point in life i have to stop eating candy, especially chocolate because I would hate to see this store anywhere and have to by pass shopping there because it would hurt me to indulge.
