Carpark to the actual forum is a nightmare. Signages are non-existent or really tiny. Go up the wrong escalator and you are on the bridge back to VivoCity. Parking is $9.70 for the first hour with 10min grace but you are likely to exceed the grace period, factoring the time you spend navigating and losing your way in the carpark.
The forum is mainly open space and I cannot imagine how the different blocks can be accessed in the event of rain. Not sure if it is bad architecture or just the weather, but the place is strangely lacking wind, despite the open space and being located right next to the sea.
Place is advertised as “pet-friendly”, but floor is currently powdery, likely from the construction and renovation of unopened shops. Potential allergy attack for your pets as the powder is definitely not natural and rough on paws. There are no grass patches for pets so be prepared for random puddles of pee once more pets (and inconsiderate owners) visit the place.
Avoid for now, or until infrastructure and shops are ready.
❇️Weave Mall
➡️ 8 Sentosa Gateway, Singapore 098269
🟧 My husband and I visited the newly revamped Weave Mall at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) on Saturday, 26th July 2025, around 5 PM.
🟫 Formerly known as The Forum, this mall has re-opened after a major makeover — and what a transformation. ❇️ It’s now bigger, brighter, and beautifully designed with a nature-inspired theme.
🟩 Lush greenery, shaded terraces, and open, airy walkways make it feel like an urban garden oasis in the middle of Sentosa.
🟣 It was very crowded during our visit, with many people eager to experience the new look.
🟡 Weave Mall now spans 3 storeys, offering a good mix of local and international brands. There are plenty of dining options too — from the refreshed Din Tai Fung to cosy cafes and unique stores that you won’t find elsewhere in Singapore.
🟧What I like is that Weave isn’t just a shopping mall — it’s designed as a lifestyle and community space where you can stroll and relax. .
🔵 Parking Tip: If you’re driving, use Lane 1 ( 🟨➡️ East side) for easier access to RWS.
✅️ Weave Mall is also conveniently close to the Singapore Oceanarium, Universal Studios Singapore, Adventure Cove Waterpark, and the RWS Casino, so it’s easy to combine your visit with other attractions.
🟧 Overall, the new Weave Mall is a refreshing place to shop and dine.
Nice wide area with numerous food outlets- lots of different cuisines, fast food included. There’s sufficient range of outlets to cater for all budgets. Usual chain outlets are here - MacDonald’s, Texas Chicken, Din Tai Fung, BreadTalk etc etc. The area is also occasionally used for large cultural events which gives it a special ambience. Nice place for a stroll just outside the Casino area 👍
Newly opened after a long renovation period. Not all shops opened yet but looks promising. Still hot and humid as ever. About the only unpleasant thing about this mall and country for that matter is the unbearable heat and humidity of the weather. Makes even the nicest, most beautifully designed outdoor location just feel so unpleasant. But if the heat doesn't bother you, definitely worth a visit.
Date of visit: 17 August (Sunday)
Not super crowded, majority of the shops are seemingly still closed- either for private events or under construction. However, you can see the potential of Weave as a shopping destination as many name brands will be there.
Air ventilation and temperature of the place could be much better/cooler with addition of fans around the mall.
Weave is connected to the Casino entrance, right opposite Universal Studios and beside Oceanarium.
Accessible by walking, bus and monorail.
Overly promoted when nothing much is open yet. Maybe better to come back towards end of the year. Weave mall is poorly ventilated. Close to becoming an over in the afternoon heat.
The Weave is the new name for the renovated The Forum, located within Resorts World Sentosa. The mall has a brown/pastel colored theme, with many of the walls having a rock-like texture.
The mall now has 3 floors, hosting a variety of retail as well as dining options. Quite a few stores are not open yet. Among those restaurants that are open, there are Din Tai Fung, Chatterbox Cafe, Wewa, amongst some others.
Great mall right next to main attractions of Sentosa. Lots of places to eat and drink, and tons of candy shops. It was clean when we visited a few days ago. There are multiple entry and exit points, so didn't feel too crowded anywhere. Maybe a few more seating options on the lower floor would be useful.
