Went down back in April to look for the brand day deals and Dennis gave us top notch service. His customer service is the best. Always replying on time and helping us any way he can. even managed to get us great deals on the items we purchased! The salesperson, Mr Pang, who helped us in Best Denki, has given us a lots of sharing to assist us in purchase a washer and dryer. He both professional and knowledgeable. Bad aftersales service by Best Denki staff who is based in Vivocity Best Denki. Bought an electrolux dryer on 15 Aug to replace my faulty set. Need the new dryer in a hurry and was promised by Best Denki that it will be delivered and all set to use on 18 Aug. Any normal customer will take it to meant that the stacking of the dryer will be equally done on the same day (from that statement), and I have rescheduled my work commitments to be at home to receive the delivery. On 18 Aug, Best Denki delivery guys delivered the dryer and parked it aside in my kitchen. They did not bring the stacking kit and informed me that someone from Electrolux will bring later on the same day to stack up the dryer (on top of the washing machine). After 2 hours, i did not receive news from anyone and i called up Best Denki. Imagine my shock when i was informed that the stacking of the dryer (on top of the washing machine) can only be done on 19 Aug. Additionally i was told that the Electrolux salesperson (another salesperson who accompanied me to make payment) had informed me on 15 Aug that the stacking will only be done on 19 Aug (which is a different day from the delivery), which i disputed as that message was not communicated to me. I called up Electrolux hotline and to my dismay, i learnt that the salesperson had only put through a request for the stacking just 2 hrs back. This meant that there is a possibility that the salesperson may have forgotten to put in a stacking request on 15 Aug. I do not wish to speculate the reasons for the mistake, however what puts me off is that the saleperson insisted that he had communicated about the stacking arrangement with me on the day of the purchase when clearly he did not do so. To Electrolux centre's credit, the receptionist who took my call understood my predicament and managed to arrange a technician at the last minute to come down to my house and perform the stacking on the same evening. It was a good recovery after lots of calls to both Best Denki/Electrolux which i should not need to get involved in as that is a commercial arrangement by both Best Denki and Electrolux. I thought that was the end of the issue however Best Denki apparently felt it would be exciting to add a further twist to it. Electrolux technician empty handed and mentioned that the stacking kit should be delivered by Best Denki, not Electrolux. At this point in time, the volcano in me was about to explode but kudos to the electrolux technician for saving the day as they had a spare stacking kit in their van To electrolux - Please do a post mortem and improve your logistical arrangements with your retailers To Best Denki - Equally your logistical arrangements sucks to the max. A great food court with a nice setting and atmosphere. Only gave it a 2 star rating as I ordered the Chinese Pomfret Fish Soup for $17 and they didn’t charge my card right away but 4 hours later. They charged $17.90 which is an extra $0.90 or 5.3% - this hasn’t happened to me anywhere else at all in Singapore. I did enjoy the dish but felt they were dishonest. I would recommend paying cash to avoid this scenario.

Proper local hawker food. As good or better than all the other ‘original’ ones in the suburbs. Convenient, comfortable and delicious. Unlimited variety to choose from.

Lots of food options and with aircon. However the food court is super crowded with lots of tourists so it's super noisy and hard to find seats. The 'snatch seats' culture is very different from other places in Singapore. Mr Fried Rice - interesting combination of steam fish with fried rice. Food is good. Western boy - love the fries Niu Hong Hong - guo tie was average

Return customer @ western boy :) I truly appreciate the staff’s kindness — when I couldn’t finish my food ( the hot dog 😂), they thoughtfully offered a plastic bag so I could take it home. Small acts like this show genuine care for customers. Thank you for the excellent service!

Tried Mon Chinese halal beef roti at Food Republic Vivocity , seems like the same stall from Bukit Bintang KL. The beef roti is super delicious, full of flavor and meat is really tender. Served piping hot. Only cost $5 each and it is pretty hefty. A must try. Much better tasting than rougamo, hands down. The Food Republic food court has a new look, inspired by traditional Chinese architecture. While there are plenty of seats, it’s always packed with tourists on weekends. Plenty of food options.

Located inside vivo city, This Food Republic features a unique design reminiscent of an old-style Chinese village. The food and drinks are all quite good. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, they still feel fair to me. During peak hours, especially at lunchtime, the place gets very crowded, making it difficult to find an empty seat or table. You'll likely need to wait patiently for one to become available.

Stepping into Food Republic at VivoCity feels like entering a living museum of Singapore’s food culture. 🏮 The décor is beautifully nostalgic — old-style shopfronts, red lanterns, even a traditional rickshaw tucked in the corner. It instantly transports you to the charm of old Singapore. I had the sizzling pepper rice, and it was both hearty and satisfying — served hot on a cast iron plate with flavorful sauces and a comforting bowl of soup on the side. 🍚🔥 It’s not just about the food here — it’s about the atmosphere. A great spot to enjoy a meal and soak in a bit of heritage. Highly recommend if you’re in Vivo!
