Went to buy fans n induction cooker. Glad to have very helpful staff around, including Mr Freddy who advised us on ongoing promotion to get even better deals. Very thankful to the lady who served us (she actually just finished lunch and hasn't start clocking in), give us advise and help us check on some of our questions. Salesperson has good knowledge in the Air Conditioning. Patience in explaining the product detail. But poor after sales service. Remote Control was not given after installation. The salesperson did not highlight any additional potential charges when closing the sales. They will push you to resolve with the Contractor on your own for the the additional charges (for additional trip due to ID box up, and additional pipe length which is already the shortest routing for a standard BTO layout). Do watch out for that. Might as well I purchase it from the Contractor than Best Denki.

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, a good experience and this is the 3rd time I am buying home appliances from them. I highly recommend them as good staff are hard to come by nowadays. I stay in central area but don’t mind travelling to Vivo city to enjoy a good shopping experience.

The salesperson who attended to us buying LG laptop was very knowledgeable and helpful. The second salesperson who helped us to make payment was very patient and informed us what was the deal for credit card payment.

If you’re ever at Best Denki in VivoCity, look for Edward! especially if you’re shopping for a refrigerator, washing machine, or dishwasher. Not only does he have in-depth product knowledge, but his after-sales service is truly exceptional. I purchased several appliances from Edward, and for two months following the purchase, he has been incredibly responsive and helpful over WhatsApp, patiently addressing every question and resolving every issue I’ve faced. It’s rare to find a salesperson who genuinely goes above and beyond, but Edward does exactly that. If you want great service during and after your purchase, make sure to ask for Edward. You won’t be disappointed!
