Had a wonderful meal today, food was great. Exceptional service from staff Weifang, he is so patient and friendly. I would definitely come back again.

Food is fresh and their service is great. Waiters changed our plates and grill, top up charcoal and also cleared empty trays promptly. Would have been better if they provided thicker cuts of beef under the premium buffet.

The A5 Japanese waygu beef platter is heavenly. It melts in your mouth. Kudos to the service staff member Kelvin. He is very attentive and service-oriented. He is proactive in serving customers and even brought us a plate of watermelon before we ordered it. He mentioned that the watermelon would help cool us down while sitting next to the heat from the yakiniku BBQ. Additionally, he noticed that we were peeling prawns and proactively brought over a bowl of ice water with hand soap in it for us to wash our hands. Well done, Kelvin! You truly serve with heartfelt dedication, and many staff members in this restaurant could learn from your example.

went for ala-carte instead of buffet and regretted halfway, should have gone for the premium buffet. all the beef cuts are indeed premium and good quality. orders are served fast and staff js friendly and helpful with the grilling.

Kelvin is such an attentive and friendly service staff. Went over for dinner on 29/07 with another friend. He was so welcoming and even told us how long to cook each meat or how to cook the vegetable. 10/10 my experience because of his service. Will go back just for his service.
