Very rude staff. got scolded for taking picture inside the store for the first time. did not know that not allowed to take photos, but at least have some courtesy to notify customers rather than straight up reprimand.

I'm usually a fan of uniqlo, but my recent experience left much to be desired. I purchased a pair of jeans and checked with the fitting room staff if it could be altered without seams. She confirmed that it's possible and proceeded to help me with measurements. Subsequently, I went to pay and left after confirming my alteration request. Less than 5 minutes later, I was approached by both the in-house tailor and cashier that they're unable to do blind stitching and kept trying to convince me to do the one with seams. However, I explained that the whole point of buying this pair of pants was to retain its look - without seams. She said she'll try and it should be possible. So, with their reassurance, I left. 2 hours later, I was contacted again. Again, they tried to persuade me to go for the normal stitch ... and explained that their machine can't do blind stitch. And if I wanted a refund, I needed to come back in person ... The entire process has been very cumbersome, and staff were not clear of what can or can't be done. Had I known that the blind stitch service can't be done, I wouldn't have gone ahead to purchase the pants and would not need to return to the store again just to get my refund. I chose not to identify staff because this is likely poor staff training or onboarding, or process issues that should be addressed by the management. In any case, I hope it improves because this whole incident has left a bad taste.

Very helpful staff, Lily, in helping us decide on the winter wear. She even went out of the way to find the last piece of jacket that fits my kid for us to consider

It has UT section to customize own T-shirt with own design or choose from the list of availability sticker which some only available for Singapore market. Good thing, it is in English here, didn't manage to do any at overseas as I didn't understand the language.

The floor and the fitting rooms were clean and all and the staff were really kind they told me where was the sections I needed to go to. The only thing is that there were quite a few baskets of clothes on the floor so might want to tell customers not to leave it on the floor

Had no idea this store is so huge and deep in. Everything is so well kept and displayed, there are sections for everything. Was trying to find a few tee but only managed to find one. Upon enquiry, staff managed to help me check if item is really out of stock or present in store. Ended up, the next nearest location was at the Tiong Bahru and Orchard central branch. Good service. Fast checkout.

Amazing food and service as always. Duck was the highlight tasted fresh and tender together with the aromatic herbal sauce. Truly one of their best dishes.

I was thoroughly impressed! The Chinese food was beautiful, both in presentation and taste. The highlight of the meal was definitely the duck—it was absolutely to die for! Each bite was flavorful and tender, leaving me craving more. One star less for the service because there’s a time limit for dining, likely due to the restaurant's popularity. While I understand the need to manage seating during busy times, it did make the experience feel a bit rushed. Overall, if you’re looking for delicious Chinese cuisine, this place is a must-visit!
