The Polliwogs @ VivoCity is a fun place for kids to burn off energy, with plenty of activities to keep them entertained. The environment is slightly chaotic, but the play areas are well-divided for kids above and below three years old. The dining area is spacious but takes up a significant portion of the space. While the pricing is on the higher side, it’s still a good spot for a fun family outing.

Heard about the Polliwogs from my friend and it's super child-friendly and clean. Staff members are very understanding of my child who has additional needs and accommodated to her level. Impeccable service and patient staff who explained things really patiently. I will definitely visit/ recommend!!!

This place is a classic tourist trap. Everything costs extra, even if you just want to sit and wait for your kids to play. And switching the parents between the inside and outside areas is another fee. Plus, the place is much smaller than it looks. The staff is not friendly and cooperative at all.

The area for kids below 3yo is very small & the platform from the slide landing to the floor is as high as the ones at their older kids area, so it did not seem very safe for younger kids. Place feels a lil rundown or poorly maintained compared to some other indoor playgrounds. They used some of the areas under the playground itself to store their extra foam mats, which made it look untidy as I have never seen other indoor playgrounds storing items in their play area like that. The older kids seem to enjoy the ball machines inside, but the generator for the machines are right beside the play area & it was quite loud. For $28.90 (peak period, 1 hr play), it does not seem very worth it, so we probably will not be back.

Nice, clean and bright indoor playground. Purely playground setting, no imaginative / costume play area. Friendly staff and ample resting area for adults.

Love Polliwogs, this is one of the nicest playscape I have been to. Feel relax and has a very nice view towards Sentosa. Playground is safe and padded, friendly staff and simple yet tasty food and drinks at the cafe. The kids enjoy while the adults just chill 😎 Thanks and will be coming back soon! …

Price they provide is SGD25 for kids and SGD12 for accompanied adult. We can use the place for two hours. I don’t like the system minimum playtime is 2 hours as sometimes kids get board in one hour. And I feel the space is not big enough for kids to stick there for two hours. And they separate the space for below 3yo and above 3yo. Which makes space smaller for each. Not really a bad choice but from overall experience I don’t think will visit again.

I visited this place with my 11-month-old daughter, and she absolutely loved it! They have a dedicated area for children under 3 years old. Although it’s small, there are still a few fun things to play with, and my daughter really enjoyed herself. I’d definitely recommend it to new parents looking for a family-friendly outing.

For more than a decade, I’ve been visiting this branch, and the service has always been impeccable. Today, I’d like to commend Naira for her exceptional service that really made my day. This restaurant has been a favorite of my 15-year-old teens since they were 3 years old, and we’re grateful for that!

Even though this outlet was packed, but the staff/boss were all working. Pleasant dining experience even with kids n the food served & serving for the kids were just wonderful. A little pricy but you sure pay what you get! N no regrets! Beef & fries, beef cheek & burger kids meal was ordered
