I had an unpleasant experience with a short hair auntie at the self check out area. She was quite professional initially as she directed customers to the empty kiosk. I was intending to purchase an item and had scanned it, but after I saw the price decided not to. I tried to remove the item from the screen several times but I was unable to so I decided to leave it be. The auntie shouted very loudly and rudely that I should have asked for her help. I apologised and tried to explain that the item couldnât be removed. To which she shouted again in front of everyone and held up the line, even though there are other empty kiosk. Funny thing is she couldnât remove the item as well. Everyoneâs having a bad day, but that does not mean we get to treat others badly and embarrass them

Everything is $2! And you can find many things from decorations to snacks to kitchen wares to stationeries! You can find things you need in a house or for your beauty routine or for school. I found this portable mahjong game at the vivo city outlet! Read it on one of Mothership articles and went a few Daiso to see but did not find them! Was happy to find it at Vivo's Daiso.

Was happy with the item I bought and store layout was ok. Had a problem at checkout with a short haired Chinese auntie who yelled at me when I moved from self checkout to the cashier because I didnât know how to remove an item I didnât want anymore. She yelled loudly saying I was trying to leave without paying. I tried to tell her I was moving to the cashier because I didnât know how to remove the item; I thought after a while the machine would restart and not inconvenience the next person. She yelled saying I shouldâve called for help so I apologized and she removed the item for me. I thought that was it cause it seemed like a miscommunication that was now cleared up. As I was paying she came up to me again in an angry tone telling me to press my of type payment when I was slow to pay. The entire interaction was uncomfortable as she was very loud and acted unprofessional by making a big scene. Felt very anxious never coming to this Daiso again.

One of the staff at cotton on was extremely rude to my daughter and her friend, giving them attitude and overall treatong them with 0 respect. I do not recommend coming to this cotton on.

What I've noticed generally of all the Cotton On outlets I've been to is that, the products are fine - comfortable and OK price when on offer/promo/sale. However, most of their staff are snobbish young women who somehow think they are too high status to actually do what they've been employed to - which is to serve the customers professionally and in a decent, courteous manner.

Bad customer service by showing bad manner. I didnât take bag when girl cashier is asking because I thought paper bag is tote bag that shows behind the counter. And then my friend explained to stupid me what paper bag is and I went back to get that. When I am trying to give only 10 cent by phone and they thought itâs not acceptable and I said â canâ cuz I can give in other store . But boy cashier asked me â did u work here before?â I still remember how he asked me and looked at me. Jeee. I felt disappointed so much .

The woman at the cash register was very rude and tried to give me expensive reusable bags without asking. After I refused, she gave me a very large bag. In the end, she gave me a non-free mirror without my consent, and I had to check out quickly because I was in a hurry. Very bad experience, hope visitors pay attention.

Cashier was unfamiliar with the Voucher redeem system and we have to wait for 10 mins standing at counter which is not our issues. And best of best none of the cashier ask if we require a carrier bag. And the mistake caused us standing 10 mins. And when the carrier bag still charge us 10 cents. Is not about the charges. Is the staffs does not know how to handle the situation at the point of time.

Very typical cotton on with a good selection of clothing but with a good location. Staff were friendly and we managed to get what we needed.
