I was at Cotton On Vivocity today and while most of the staff were pleasant and helpful especially the cashier, who greeted me with a smile and made the checkout process smooth.
My experience was unfortunately overshadowed by an incredibly unpleasant encounter at the fitting room.
The staff member managing the fitting room at the time (a girl in a green top and shorts) was shockingly rude and dismissive. When I approached to enter, she asked how many items I had in a tone that was unfriendly and irritated. After I counted and handed the items to her, she handed the clothes back in such a rude manner by tossing them back at me.
Despite the store not being busy and there being no line at the fitting room. When I politely asked if I could set aside two items while grabbing another size, she responded with a rude stare and condescendingly asked, “Why?” before reluctantly allowing it and gesturing dismissively.
It was honestly the most unpleasant fitting room experience I’ve had. Her attitude was not just unwelcoming, just was outright disrespectful, and it completely ruined my shopping experience.
II hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected while shopping and trying on clothes.

This is a feedback to express my deep dissatisfaction with the behavior exhibited by one of your staff members, Huda, during my recent visit to the Vivo Cotton On store. The incident involved my daughter and has left me questioning the level of customer service and professionalism at your store.
While shopping, my daughter went into the fitting room to try on a pair of jean shorts. Meanwhile, a couple was waiting outside and the lady noticed that one of the fitting room doors was not fully closed. She approached Staff Huda to inquire if the room was occupied. Staff Huda, however, seemed unaware that this particular fitting room is still occupied by another customer and her belongs ate still inside the fitting room, likely because she had briefly stepped out to get another size or outfit.
When my daughter attempted to walk out of the fitting room to show me how the shorts fit, Staff Huda blocked her and told her to remove her belongings because there was someone waiting to use the fitting room. My daughter, confused by the situation, returned to the fitting room. I was curious as to why my daughter had gone back inside, so I followed her and found her holding her own pants in her hands. My daughter explained that Staff Huda had told her to remove her belongings for another customer to use the fitting room.
I then approached Staff Huda and asked if she had instructed my daughter to leave the fitting room. Huda denied this and claimed my daughter had come out on her own. I clarified that my daughter had only stepped out to show me the fitting and that her belongings were still inside the room. Huda responded by insisting that there was a customer waiting to use the fitting room. I questioned why Huda had not asked the other customer, who had briefly stepped out for a moment, to vacate the fitting room, but instead of addressing my concern, Huda asked if I was shouting at her. I made it clear that I was not shouting.
At this point, my daughter had already changed back into her own clothes. I then went to the cashier to request the shop in-charge and spoke with Ms. Wendy, who listened to the situation, apologized, and assured me she would address the matter with Staff Huda. I truly appreciate Ms. Wendy’s professionalism in handling the situation.
However, I am left deeply concerned about Staff Huda’s conduct. Had I not been present, I wonder if staff Huda would have insisted that my daughter queue again just to change back into her own clothes after being unfairly asked to vacate the fitting room. This situation has raised serious doubts about whether Staff Huda is adhering to the service standards set by her senior, Ms. Wendy.
As a result of this experience, I will not allow my daughter to shop at Cotton On without an adult present, as I do not feel confident that she would be treated with the respect she deserves in the future.

Male staff from here almost made me fall all because he cannot wait for his turn at the escalator. He is an ableist who gave me eye contact but no remorse or apology.

The price and quality no longer match.
Wanted to get some biker shorts and top, the stitches were just coming off, threads not properly snipped off
I’m sad to say cotton on is just not worth it anymore

Many affordable and stylish clothing and accessories in this spacious store for both male and female.
I just feel the yoga blocks sold here at $16.99 are too expensive. I compared many places and bought one elsewhere recently. Cotton On's price for yoga blocks is easily 2-3x of the usual prices outside. Their yoga mats are beautiful and affordable though.

Good service, but the cashier spoke too slowly. So I had to repeat my question several times

Very typical cotton on with a good selection of clothing but with a good location. Staff were friendly and we managed to get what we needed.
