I had a wonderful experience with Chole! She was so kind and thoughtful in helping me prepare a beautiful gift box for my friend — it turned out perfect and very special. She also took the time to inspect my scalp and hair condition, and gave me really helpful advice on the right shampoo and conditioner to use. I truly appreciate her care, knowledge, and warm service. Highly recommended!

I visited for the recycling program two days in a row. While the staff yesterday was polite, today’s experience was completely different, thanks to Chloe. She took the initiative in checking my scalp condition, explaining everything with patience and detail. I ended up trying the scrub she recommended, and she also showed me how to use their shower oil, even helping me apply lotion afterward. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely return next time!

It’s good that they have a scalp analysis so now i know what type of shampoo to use and what type of scalp I have. The staff here, Mandy, was very kind throughout the whole analysis with great explanation about what i need. I would consider buying here.

I have been using their almond milk concentrate (bought online) and it is the only one that works for my dry skin. Yesterday evening I decided to drop by the Vivo City outlet to see if they have solutions for my dry hair as well. I was greeted by Marcus. After I explained to him what's my concern, he helped me with the hair and scalp analysis. He explained to me the different types of scalp conditions and the result of analysis done on my scalp. He recommended suitable products to address my concerns, and answered every single questions patiently. He also recommended me this hand cream, which has the same ingredient as their immortelle serum and I love the smells so much!! 🩷 I tried all the recommended products and with just one single use, I can see improvements to my concerns already! I can't wait for the long term results of these products! Last but not least, the retail experience has been fantastic. With the rising and convenience of online shopping in the past years, having a dedicated customer / sales rep serving and assisting you is truly an amazing experience. I must thank Louis that worked in this Vivo Cheers desk, who helped me immensely with the DHL delivery, he is patient and also called me when there is an issue with the dhl shipment and even helps me coordinate with them. Truly grateful to Louis 🙏 …

Very nice walk. The environment is beautiful and the view also. There is megamall where you can find everything. There many dinning choices for all ranges of price. It is very well connected by bus and mrt. Great for kids.

Nice but recommended to visit in the evening or night as day time in Singapore can be really hot. Nice view of Sentosa & Universal Studios. The waterfront walk is link to Sentosa Island by a link bridge. Your walk can end at VOVO City with a nice cold beer at it's waterfront pubs & a tomantic dinner.

The cashier at Harbourfront CHEERS used to be the most uncheerful of all the CHEERS outlets - but not anymore. I have been going in and out for more than a year now. This new cashier has a surly look and a service attitude to match. Perhaps she has a good reason. Perhaps we should think INCLUSIVE. But she wants you pay 5cents for a plastic bag which "she will give if you buy" a $2.50 packet of nasi lemak. Yet for the Polar puffs, free bags were provided. Likewise, the first bag is free at Four Leaves just across the atrium. Nevertheless, this Cheers will still get plenty of footfalls thanks to the super friendly and efficient girls running the Singapore Pools outlet inside CHEERS

On 13 feb 2024 around 10pm I wanted to get a sandwich while waiting for my taxi but the cheers staff came to me and ask whether am I buying anything. Before I can say I’m waiting for my taxi I’m gonna get a quick bite he asked me to leave if I’m not buying anything. I was annoyed by his attitude and left without buying anything from the store. Terrible customer service.

I like the place, as it sets up the mood right at the beginning. The water dance with music is fantastic. The sight and sound excits everybody. A great place to go to during this festival season. This the season to be jolly fa la la la.
