Did a complimentary scalp diagnosis with Chloe. She was friendly and recommended me hair products that are suitable for my hair. I was given some samples to try too.

When i entered the shop, Ms. Mandy is very accommodating and bears a sweet voice. She assisted me very well and educated on the needed products for my hair and scalp. She also emphasised on the benefits of almond body care. L’Occitane is lucky to have her as a staff.

Sculp diagnosis service is very good, get to learn about my own scalp problem, and staff Chloe introduced the scalp scrub and shampoo to me. Love the service and her friendliness.

Three weeks ago,Had a wonderful experience with andana who checked the health of my hair and scalp. Decided to take her advice to get the gentle and balance shampoo as well as the pre shampoo scalp cleansing product. Today I came back again after having positive results from trying out the first two products. Today I am really happy with the team's attention to details as their expertise. Mandy and Marcus were able to diagnose my hair and scalp's needs to suggest suitable follow-up products and I got these too. Thank you.

I finally took my first step to join the L’Occitane recycling program by bringing in my empty bottles. At first, I felt nervous as I thought the staff might not welcome me since I wasn’t making a purchase. But Chloe greeted me so warmly, checked my bottles with a smile, and even offered a scalp scan when she noticed I had brought back their hair serum for recycling. I walked in with hesitation but left with a happy heart. Thank you, Chloe, for the wonderful service!

The staff Andana was extremely friendly, kind and approachable. Her product knowledge was incredible as she kindly explained to us the different type of products and their purposes! She ensured to see us through our purchase. She explained to us the membership programme on detail too. Overall, it was pleasant shopping experience. Brought some empties to be recycled here and was attended to by a sales associate whose name I think is Marcus? It was a great experience! The sales associates in the store were really friendly and though I didn’t spend any money, Marcus attended to me extremely well and let me try a few of the almond range products - which I think I will be returning to purchase! My mother was first introduced to the wonders of L’Occitane through her sister’s recommendation and our visit proved every word to be true. Chloe, one of the staff, displayed remarkable patience and professionalism, eloquently guiding us through the array of products with admirable expertise. What began as an intention to purchase a home scent evolved into a discovery. We left instead with a perfume and scalp care treatment products for my mum, all thanks to Chloe’s impeccable knowledge.
