I visited for the recycling program two days in a row. While the staff yesterday was polite, today’s experience was completely different, thanks to Chloe. She took the initiative in checking my scalp condition, explaining everything with patience and detail. I ended up trying the scrub she recommended, and she also showed me how to use their shower oil, even helping me apply lotion afterward. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely return next time!

Brought some empties to be recycled here and was attended to by a sales associate whose name I think is Marcus? It was a great experience! The sales associates in the store were really friendly and though I didn’t spend any money, Marcus attended to me extremely well and let me try a few of the almond range products - which I think I will be returning to purchase!
