On 13 feb 2024 around 10pm I wanted to get a sandwich while waiting for my taxi but the cheers staff came to me and ask whether am I buying anything. Before I can say I’m waiting for my taxi I’m gonna get a quick bite he asked me to leave if I’m not buying anything. I was annoyed by his attitude and left without buying anything from the store. Terrible customer service.

The cashier at Harbourfront CHEERS used to be the most uncheerful of all the CHEERS outlets - but not anymore. I have been going in and out for more than a year now. This new cashier has a surly look and a service attitude to match. Perhaps she has a good reason. Perhaps we should think INCLUSIVE. But she wants you pay 5cents for a plastic bag which "she will give if you buy" a $2.50 packet of nasi lemak. Yet for the Polar puffs, free bags were provided. Likewise, the first bag is free at Four Leaves just across the atrium. Nevertheless, this Cheers will still get plenty of footfalls thanks to the super friendly and efficient girls running the Singapore Pools outlet inside CHEERS

Pretty good place to go shopping (or window shopping). If you feel like chilling, go to the top floor - it has a sensational view of the rest of the city. There’s also a pool. If you want to head over to Sentosa, there’s a free monorail service!

I've always enjoyed some quiet time here at the waterfront promenade, in front of Vivocity. It's a good directional indicator, especially if you tell people to just walk towards the river, face the river on the left, etc. Night times can be chill and quiet, great for dates and walks. Also, you get to see glimpses of Sentosa from here.

Great place 👌 Good for short walks and views are fantastic especially during evenings. Mall is adjacent and has good offers almost entire year. The not so new offering is "Bones and Barrell" which is situated right on the boardwalk. Ambience is awesome 👍

It's an ideal place to hold any marine related activities, especially if there is a ship required to berth alongside. Google OSV@Vivo to view one of the maritime event in 2016.
