She was very patient, professional and shared a lot of great knowledge on the proper ways to wear a bra, etc. my first time trying out VS bras and I love love the material so soft and comfortable. The VivoCity smiggle collection was nice, but the staff was not so hospitable.For a kids’ store, the staff’s demeanour was very intimidating and unwelcoming. We were too awkward to look around much . So just bought a few things.

i love going to smiggle. the staff are always so friendly and approachable. i came in expecting bad service after seeing reviews however it is not the case. i love smiggle. respect is a mutual effort :)

Really love the products, and my go-to store for kids gifts. BUT the customer service left much to be desired. While I don’t expect special treatment, the attitude when asking about certain things felt quite off-putting. The cashier, Siti, was pleasant and approachable, which I appreciated. However, the gentleman who was giving instructions around the store came across as unnecessarily bossy and rather arrogant. And judging by other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one who felt that way about him. A bit of retraining would go a long way.

I stumbled upon this place by chance and noticed they were offering discounts on several products. I especially loved the drinking bottles—they were quite affordable, especially compared to the prices in my country, Indonesia.

Bought bag with $100+ and they gave us VERY BAD SERVICE! Cant even help to see the price when old aunty want to know prices with her bad eye sight (their prices so small) After paying never say thankyou and smile to customer. Employee treat us like a ghost. Never smile and put ugly faces to customer. Better put mask on so can hide your face a bit.

I have a very bad experience with the staffs. I bought a wirehead set from the shop. I tried the headset and found out that one side of the headphone is not working. Went back to the shop to exchange but was not allowed becos need to return with the packaging. :(
