The ladies here are always friendly and ready to help big thumbs up for the amazing service! A special shoutout to Syuhada for her patience with my endless questions for really understanding my needs. Truly a mix of professionalism and warmth that makes the whole experience enjoyable.

1st time shopper in this shop after looking at it for a while. The staff here are just so friendly n make me feel so comfortable, despite not having much design for my size they still try hard to get me something. Hope they have more big size so I can go shop there often.

The store is very large and spread across 2 floors. It might look a bit intimidating to enter as the customer to staff ratio is usually >1:1 and sometimes the staff are more interested in chatting with each other rather than stepping up to assist right away. This may be more staff-specific, in a different corner of the store the staff were more on the ball about greeting and offering assistance. In terms of selection I noticed they had more bags/pouches vs the other stores e.g cardholders or wristlets.

I’ve always loved shopping at Victoria’s Secret, and this visit was no exception! The store has such a wide variety of styles, from everyday essentials to more luxurious pieces. The quality is consistently good, and everything feels comfortable yet stylish. The staff were also super helpful in recommending sizes and new arrivals. Definitely a great place if you’re looking for lingerie, sleepwear, or even just some self-care treats.

It was a great experience shopping at the outlet here. Enquired about the item that I was looking for and was directed to the back where another staff took over and assisted me. Batrisya was really friendly, helpful and patient with me as I took some time to decide upon the choices available. She also offered to check back store to see if the colour I wanted was available even though there was none on display. She was of all smiles throughout my shopping journey there. Appreciated and thank you!

I had a great experience at Victoria’s Secret vivo this branch is well organized and all the ataff are accommodating special thanks to Geraldine helping me. She was very kind and patient, assisted me with trying on bras, and suggested nice pieces that really fit me well. She made me feel comfortable and confident with my choices.
