I noticed a fly on one of the donuts and tried to politely alert the staff. Instead of addressing the issue, the staff member scolded me for interrupting while he was serving another customer, claiming that he already saw the fly (but did not do anything about it). If food hygiene isn’t treated as a priority, it raises serious concerns. I’ll be avoiding this place in the future.

Totally rude and insufferable servers. Please avoid at all costs! Do not support such people and their global businesses!! Talk about customer service! This place is so poor! The staff do not even treat you as living beings! We asked a Malay man stationed there what time he opens and he refused to entertain us and he was wearing a mask and when we asked again he spoke so softly through the mask. It was already 11am apparently they open at 1115. But there was No sign to say what time they were opening. So how do you expect the customer to know unless we ask?? And when we ask we get treated like we are beneath his time! Gosh! Many times when we go to get a donut, we see that the person has gone for a break. And there is no way of knowing when he/she will be back. Lousy service and even lousier food.

Came at 7.50pm on a Friday night but only 1 donut left. Not sure if the opening hours on google (till 9.30pm) is correct? Happens quite often on weekend nights too

Was told off rudely by Filipino cashier when I enquired if they were open (10:59am but opening hours was 11am). "Not opened yet! And I need to display these first before I can open cos today there is a promotion!" Then the next min, she promptly sells donuts to a customer who spoke Tagalog.

Purchased a few numbers of doughnuts this afternoon. Asked the cashier nicely if he has a bag to hold and doughnuts and his immediate reply was "wait la". What a rude staff with no basic customer service and black face.

Pretty standard Krispy Kreme donut shop in basement with loads of other food options like bakery as shown in these pictures. Very very busy mall even on weekdays with a lot of shopping options, entertainment and incredible amount of food options. More than JEM and Westgate combined I had to take a guess. Gateway to Sentosa and if u can, grab ur snacks and drinks from the NTUC finest to avoid paying prices which can be as high as 3 times on Sentosa example coke from 7-11 will cost $4 for 500ml.

🟨 Krispy Kreme 🟦1 Harbour Front Walk, B2-K26 VivoCity mall, Singapore 098585 🟠 On 9th May 2025 Fri evening, I had visited the Krispy Kreme outlet here at Vivocity and picked up a couple of their famous Original Glazed doughnuts. 🟨 The decor of the donut kiosk was modern and sleek, fitting well with the overall aesthetic of Vivocity Mall. 🟨 The service was pleasant, with this cashier staff being particularly friendly, smiley and helpful. ⬛️ She also allowed me to take photos of the kiosk. 🔷️ Thank you for the kind hospitality. 🟤 The real stars of the show, however, were the doughnuts. ➡️The Original Glazed ones were as always, absolutely delicious - soft, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. It is no wonder they are a favourite among doughnut lovers.

Just had the popular hotselling Hazlenut donut. There was no queue when I visited the outlet close to 10am. Service was fast. The donut is soft and glazed with sugar icing on the outside and filled with hazelnut within. it is for the very sweet tooth.

Placed an advanced order on foodpanda to deliver to my friend. I called to confirm with the staff if my order was received, as I was afraid they'd run out of selection later in the day. Staff Ida (?) was very friendly and helpful. She was busy when I called, but she called me back to assure me that the order was well received and set aside my donut selection for a later pickup time, which I really appreciate. Keep up the good service 😊

Not a fan of doughnuts but tried the New York cheesecake flavour. Quite a delight and quite refreshing. One of the better doughnut flavour I tried. There’s lemon cream in it. Happen to know it’s one of their best seller, highly recommended.
