it's now a much smaller shop. but it feels more inviting with what seem to me, at least, brighter lighting and a simple more efficient way in displaying the models they have in stock. staff have been helpful and friendly too.

I did my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Chin How Hsung and, unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. Throughout the process, I felt that my concerns and questions were not taken seriously. Whenever I asked anything, it felt like he was just trying to rush through the appointment rather than taking the time to listen or explain things clearly. After the treatment, I was left with noticeable gaps between my teeth, which now trap food every time I eat. Even more concerning was a situation with one of my wisdom teeth — it was slightly slanted before the treatment, but after Invisalign, a hole appeared behind it. I was quite shocked, but the only advice given was to use a small toothbrush to clean that area. Even the regular cleanings were uncomfortable — my face would often get wet during the procedure, which made the experience unpleasant. Overall, I did not feel well cared for or heard during my time there, and I would not return or recommend this clinic based on my experience.

We were in Singapore on holiday. My girlfriend developed an painful abscess in one of her back molars. We visited the Dental on the Bay clinic in the Vivo City Mall - very easy to find. The office was very modern and the receptionist was friendly and was able to give us an appointment that day. Dr. Gillian Yee was great !! Excellent bedside manner, clearly explained the problem and treatment. We were able to complete our holiday without further interruption and my girlfriend was pain free in a short period of time. I highly recommend Dental on the Bay and Dr. Yee !!!

I have had a most pleasant experience with Dr Chin How Hsung and the friendly staff at Dental on the Bay. My wife and child also visits Dental by the Bay for their dental care. Dr Chin is clearly an expert and is meticulous in his treatment processes. He offers sound advise and gentle care, which made my recent surgical treatment experience an easy one. A high-tech dental practice of experienced dentists combined with a professional clinic staff makes them highly recommended and a clear choice!

With regards to my recent visits to Dental on the Bay at Vivo under the care of Dr Chin it has been a wonderful experience. Dr Chin is very professional and able to assist me with my all my queries and concern giving me good advices & options for my dental issue . He is very patient to explain to me the whole procedure & again briefed me in detail all the things to look out for. Throughout this whole process, Dr Chin has been pro-active and spontaneous. Your excellent customer service and continuous support deserve appreciation and I would certainly recommend you & your Clinic to my family members & friends as I know they will be in good hands.

Had the most attentive, detailed oriented, patient and kind doctor attended to me. Doctor Sharon Kueh helped me with the procedures I needed and at the same time going the extra mile to explain everything and giving me different options to consider before making a decision. Highly recommended not only for adults but also for kids!

I am very grateful that I get to know Dr. Chris Mak through listen to Love Fm 97.2. DJ Dennis Chew (周崇庆) introduces Dr. Mak as his dentist whom he met many years ago. Looking at how amazing Dennis Chew beautiful smile, I also wish that my front teeth can be beautified and be inline. So I look for Dr. Chris Mak in May 2020. After he analysed my front teeth that was in crooked condition, he put in effort to fulfilled my dream. After three months of visiting him, I finally able to smile with much more confidence. Now I have beautiful and neatly arranged front teeth on upper and lower gums. Dr. Mak is a very friendly and professional dentist who help to solve my teeth issue that trouble me for many years. I really appreciate him for spending time to explain to me on every step that he will do to my teeth. Whenever I have any queries, he will answer my questions immediately. He is very skilful and innovative. To all the staffs of Dental on the bay, I would like to say a big Thank You. You have provided the best solution and services to me. I am very thankful that I found you. :)

I have been to 3 different dentists over the last 2 years, and this one really stood out to me! In my previous consults, they seemed to be very clinical and tried to pressure me into signing up for costly treatments. My visit to Dental On the Bay stood out, as the dentist here seemed to genuinely care for my well being rather than just conducting business. The options given to me seemed a lot more logical, and there was no attempt to pressure me into doing any costly treatments like at the other clinics I have been to. Definitely coming back here for all my future dental needs, though I hope I don't have any more tooth problems 🤣

Really disappointing. Came for cleaning. It was really fast, but then went to the store with normal mirror and light and it appeared that cleaned really poorly. Had to get back. The dentist was asking me to show what exactly was not cleaned like she was not able to see it herself. Then i had to request to use paste and clean with it as it was not even proposed by the dentist. The usual final stage with nice polishing with good taste paste was not even done. Poor experience.
