I did my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Chin How Hsung and, unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. Throughout the process, I felt that my concerns and questions were not taken seriously. Whenever I asked anything, it felt like he was just trying to rush through the appointment rather than taking the time to listen or explain things clearly. After the treatment, I was left with noticeable gaps between my teeth, which now trap food every time I eat. Even more concerning was a situation with one of my wisdom teeth — it was slightly slanted before the treatment, but after Invisalign, a hole appeared behind it. I was quite shocked, but the only advice given was to use a small toothbrush to clean that area. Even the regular cleanings were uncomfortable — my face would often get wet during the procedure, which made the experience unpleasant. Overall, I did not feel well cared for or heard during my time there, and I would not return or recommend this clinic based on my experience.
