Friendly staff at Vivo outlet. Got the batteries changed for my watch within 5 mins.

Friendly staff. He replaced the batteries in my two pairs of watches for free. Apparently, it's the SWATCH thing not to charge for the battery replacement.

They sell omega x swatch watch here at thisboll outlet but it is always out of stock. People will snatch right away when the stock arrive. No schedule yet when the item will be coming. There is no exhibition model to try out for omega x swatch.

This store had been relocated to another location at the same level. Managed to buy moonswatch here although not all designs available. New store is much smaller than previous one (only half of it). One thing that they should consider is how to manage stock. Went to ask what design available and the staff ask to queue and only show you what is available when they serve you. Even customer behind me ask also been told to wait. Compare to Orchard outlet who told you in advance before you join the queue.

Swatch offers all its watch owners a lifetime free battery replacement which I have mine replaced at this outlet. The sales assistant was helpful in replacing mine and it only took less than five minutes to replace two batteries on two watches. Easy to locate within vivo city.

Am a Collector of the Swatch Omega and still short a few popular models in my collection. We have been told by the staffs to come by when we passed by. So this is what I did. Had to rush to buy dinner after queuing with no avail and decided to return to the shop on the way back to ask about how often it becomes available. Your lady staff told me off and said ‘ I already told you we don’t have!’, when I just wanted to ask a question where there is no more queue. Next time I will remember to wear ‘Chanels’ and ‘Rolexes’. Maybe I will get my questions answer in a more polite manner.

Your staff, Carmen at Orchard, ION is very unfriendly & unwilling to serve customers. I had to beckon her a few times to the display cuz i needed to enquire about the designs of the watches. She just kept fiddling with another watch when I was trying to get her help. Also, she did not give me the right info when I enquired about the availability of the stock of the Omega x Swatch watches. She even challenged me to saying that they is a CCTV. Many customers walked in but didn't bother attending to them.

Changed my son's watch battery for free. Service staff was attentive to customers browsing. Love how the watches are displayed. They even have a couch to rest on.

Asked for a mask because my boyfriend dropped it on the floor and Ms Shan from Vivo City outlet was being so nice when I asked for one. I am not a customer from the shop, but she still was being nice and helpful. Appreciate her customer service!

My wife bought a beautiful watch that she loved and staff were all nice and helpful. They modified the watch to fit her wrist and they do tax refund.
