I came to Mac Vivo City store today at around 4.30pm and the lady who served me was nice and helpful. I did not catch her name but she was very knowledgeable and assisted me with the lipstick shades that I was drawn to suggested other shades that was available. She even suggested swatching a lip liner as it was on offer. Nonetheless, my experience with her was great. Thank you
On October 10th, I had a rather DISAPPOINTING experience at the MAC counter in Tangs Vivo City. While the staff, particularly the "auntie" with the dramatically long eyelashes who served me, was 'polite and attentive' to other customers, my interaction with her was quite the OPPOSITE. She was PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE and sarcastic with me. I am confused as I didn't even treat her badly.
The 'auntie' with the long eyelashes seemed disinterested and dismissive, barely acknowledging my requests and making no effort to assist me in finding what I needed. Her lack of engagement made me feel like an inconvenience, which was disheartening considering how helpful she was to others. She even stated "You must tell me if you need anything, because I don't know what you need", (??) this is different from my TANGS ORCHARD MAC experience in which I did not even need to ask Wen Xuang to do anything as she provided me all automatically.
This inconsistency in customer service made the experience all the more frustrating, as it was clear that she was capable of providing good service but chose not to extend the same courtesy to ME. 0 STARS if I could, I would have bought the lip pencils but with that ATTITUDE? Nah, I bought a charlotte tilbury from Sephora instead. Shame on this MAC store.

Review of Aibi brand and not specifically this outlet: products are ok but aftercare is terrible. Have been emailing and calling their repair hotline for months. No reply. May have to end up throwing my bike away.
Terrible customer service. Aibi provides a customer service number 6733 0255, but most of the time no one answers. I have been calling them to get replacement parts for my Waterrower but can’t reach anybody. When I called one of Aibi’s retail shop, I was given the same customer service number and that’s it. The lady just asked me to keep calling this number. I called them two months ago, no one answer and a couple of later - no one answer.
I went to another place the other day and saw shoes of this brand. I personally think the shoes there are uglier than those in the store. Many of them look very old-fashioned. Now is the era of young people. Don't put the shoes that aunties wear. I don't feel like buying them after seeing them. They don't attract me at all and make me want to buy the shoes. I need to improve it.
