Bad shopping experience. During a visit to this shopping mall, I wanted 1 pair of sunglasses but they did not have the color i want. This is not a product on sale. I was asked by the sale-man to make order then they will send the glasses with desired color to my address. I asked twice to make sure that it would be sent to my address instead of me collecting at the store because it is time consuming. And the sale-man then confirmed my thought and even assured me that DHL will carry out the delivery. The week after, DHL did send me an sms said it delivered the product but, surprisingly, it was not delivered to me. Call Tangs customer service and only then the store told me that i need to come again to collect the pair. I felt cheated here. I came to the store the weekend after and complained to the store manager. All they said was sorry, without any explanation. Disappointed, I collect my paid stuff and left. Not again!

Was served by the manager of sunglass hut NIZAM, terrible attitude and didn't even bother to serve me when I was there, with this kind of attitude , you won't even go far. Bad service , won't come here again.
