When my helper went to collect a parcel I bought from Lazada, the guy refused to pass her the parcel when she showed the sms with the 6 digit code. He insisted on the qr code and refused to talk to me on her phone. The sms from lazada says to show the 6 digit code OR qr code. Will not buy items that can be collected from this shop with such a rude guy.
These chickens are not good to eat, they have no taste and no skin.
The fried rice was called OK, but the portion of chicken was so small, so disappointing

It’s really better to eat Pratunam chicken rice in Hong Kong, but it’s better to eat Michelin rice.
IMPOLITE WAITRESS.
Waitress named SHIN.Y shouted at my husband as he passed a plate of unfinished chicken rice to my table during safety measurement period. She SHOUTED "you can ask us to split the rice into two plate. You don't know about the rule?"
She can warn us at a a better tone. We were offended and frightened by this waitress who yelled at us. Despite the noisy environment in the mall, i could hear the words clearly as she shouted to my husband.
Note: we apologised to the Vivocity branch manager for our mistake.
i went to the next branch. i could not find this branch in the google so have to add review to this branch. not sure why there is always queue in this restaurant. food is just normal or bad, like those in hawker food center. chicken rice nothing fantastic. service crew are bad and rude. they clean the table by pulling out the tables and at 9pm, all tables around us are pull away for cleaning. very bad service and environment is like a market place. will never go bad again.
Visit here at 20/7/2021, 7:30pm. I found the way of their cashier customer service is very impolite! The tone and the words saying is very important in customer service line. I don't think I will back to this shop again. 😕 …
