Any place with a 7-Eleven can solve all the needs of the people, but you must pay attention to its location. It is on the 2nd floor!!! Not on the 1st floor, otherwise you will not be able to find it no matter how hard you try!!!

The cashier staff has a poor service attitudeđ. They donât know what to ask. They are rubbish. They donât have the attitude of the staff at all. Just donât come out to work. Customers donât owe you anything and they wonât patronize this store again. âŠ

When my helper went to collect a parcel I bought from Lazada, the guy refused to pass her the parcel when she showed the sms with the 6 digit code. He insisted on the qr code and refused to talk to me on her phone. The sms from lazada says to show the 6 digit code OR qr code. Will not buy items that can be collected from this shop with such a rude guy.

Hired the most incompetent staff that anyone could have imagined. Item was placed at 25% off (reduced to clear) as it was expiring the next day. It wasnât a promotional item but rather a CLEARANCE item. However the Indian staff claimed that the âpromotionâ for the 25% reduced to clear price is only valid from 7am-3pm. So does he mean that after 3pm the item wouldnât expire soon? This happened after Iâve paid. This awfully baffles me. Perhaps 7-11 really needs staff training, or else youâd be disposing your near expiry items unnecessarily.

This is how a Seven-Eleven store should be. Wide open frontage. Welcoming staff. Wide aisles. A cashier who is patient and thank EVERY customer. Yes. I sat there, at the waiting area of Harbourfront Cruise Centre, and watched transfixed as the counter-cashier served customers as well as lost tourists. She routinely welcome every walk-ins. Wow Ya. This place is chill. Very different from the surly girl at Cheers downstairs, or the "it is all there" sales staffs of tge Candy Empire.

The staff Eric quite rude to me after I been made the payment he given me the change just throw at the table and stared at me. I will never come again. And engaged with this stupid staff...
