Staff was prompt at first when i approached him but was showing signs of disinterest and unwillingness to answer my queries when he realised my questions was only related to Ion’s outlet & online release. Said it all on the staff’s facial expression and eye contact. Totally unprofessional.

On a whim we walked in to check out casio watches for our teenage daughter's birthday this weekend. Not expecting much we were pleasantly surprised by a very patient and knowledgeable sales lady. She wasn't dismissive at all considering that we asked a lot of questions prefaced by saying we not buying that day. Reason being we want daughter to make the final decision. Yes, we will be back. And price for the LIDE was cheaper by $30 compared to online vendor Seiya. Update 19 February 2022: we went back with daughter and bought the watch. The remarkable thing was that its a busy Saturday afternoon and there was only ONE young lady running the outlet. And she was literally busy as a bee. Managing at any time more than 3 or 4 sets of customers she did not missed a single bit and was giving 100% to everyone- all with confidence and smiles. If I am a retail tycoon I will hire here on the spot. Wait- or maybe she is the boss

I would like to thank Esther for her dedication in assisting me with the purchase of my recent GW-5000HS and GA-V01. She was extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the watches I inquired about, and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience. When I mentioned that I preferred not to have a display piece, she personally made the trip to the ION branch to secure a brand-new set for me. Her sincerity and willingness to help were evident throughout the process. Although I initially only intended to purchase the GW-5000HS, she even stayed beyond her working hours to let me view the GA-V01. Fully understanding my preference for brand-new, untouched pieces, she kept a genuine smile the entire time, making the experience pleasant and reassuring. Because of her outstanding dedication and excellent customer service, I decided to also purchase the GA-V01 in support of her efforts. My wife, who was equally impressed by Esther’s professionalism, ended up purchasing a GM-S2110 and BGD-565SC as well. Having been a loyal G-Shock/Casio customer for many years, this is the first time I have encountered a salesperson who truly embodied knowledge, compassion, and the willingness to go the extra mile. Esther’s hard work and exceptional service deserve recognition, and I sincerely hope G-Shock/Casio rewards her for the way she represents the brand.

The cashier staff has a poor service attitude👎. They don’t know what to ask. They are rubbish. They don’t have the attitude of the staff at all. Just don’t come out to work. Customers don’t owe you anything and they won’t patronize this store again. …
