Market Hall Sentosa, located at 80 Siloso Road within Southside Sentosa, represents a fresh evolution in dining concepts that brings together multiple food vendors under one roof in an open-concept food hall by the water. Originally known as Interim Market, this vibrant destination was reimagined and rebranded to better reflect its role as a dynamic gathering space where guests can dine, drink, and socialize in a relaxed yet energetic atmosphere. The name Interim actually referred to the rotating nature of the food stalls, as Southside was founded with the innovative mission of giving budding food and beverage entrepreneurs a physical venue to test their concepts and refine their offerings before potentially expanding to permanent locations.
The architecture and design of Market Hall embrace an industrial aesthetic with soaring high ceilings and an open layout that creates an airy, warehouse-style ambiance. The waterfront location at Siloso Point offers unobstructed views of the Keppel area, providing diners with scenic vistas of the sea and surrounding landscape. Positioned away from the busier Beach Station precinct, Market Hall offers a more laid-back alternative for those seeking good food without the crowds. The rotating selection of food stalls means there is always something new to discover, from innovative fusion concepts to comfort food favourites, local hawker-style dishes to international cuisines. This variety ensures that whether you are visiting solo for a quick bite, meeting friends for drinks, or bringing the family for a casual meal, you will find options to satisfy every craving.
Market Hall Sentosa embodies the entrepreneurial spirit of Singapore's food scene, serving as an incubator for culinary talent while providing visitors with an ever-changing menu of exciting flavours. The casual, come-as-you-are atmosphere combined with the waterfront setting makes it perfect for relaxed lunches, sunset dinners, or evening gatherings where the focus is on good food and great company. By supporting emerging food businesses and creating a space where creativity and flavour take centre stage, Market Hall has carved out its own identity within Sentosa's dining landscape as a must-visit destination for food lovers who appreciate variety, quality, and the thrill of discovering something new with every visit.
Nice airy space. Good ambiance and great views. That's it. The food is mediocre and pricey for what it is. The menu is also very limited, which is odd considering the number of stalls in the space. Prices are also not inclusive of taxes and services, which caught me by surprise when I paid because it really does feel like you're in a food court. If you can, try not to park there. I was there just over an hour, and I was charged $9 for parking, which is quite exorbitant. Not worth a repeat visit, in my opinion. I'm not sure if it's even worth the trip there to try.

Great views, mediocre food.
Food menu is extremely little for such a large place. Pizza has to be pre-purchased 1 week in advance prior to arriving, and they do not accept in person ordering.
Recommended item to order is the pistachio ice cream, all the other food items are underwhelming.
Oysters are towards the saltier side but still fresh and fleshy.
Pig burger is a tad smokey, patty is chewy but pity that it’s not juicy enough.
Prawn paste chicken taste like any food centre’s, no biggie. Presentation should be better for the price tag of $10 for 4pcs.
Drinks (not shown) are not fantastic despite being a brewery, you can find better ones elsewhere.
Location and view is 10/10, but anything else is pretty much sub standard.

Overpriced food, comfortable space.
Calling it an interim market is highly deceiving. This is restaurant pop-ups under disguised. While the dough used was absolutely delicious with a perfect amount of chew, the pepperoni pizza with honey tasted a lot like lou han guo - sweet with a touch of bitterness.
That aside, everything else is subpar. Despite being less than half-filled on a rainy Saturday, the server was wanted to seat us as a 3-seater table, instead of a 6-seater with a view.
Food was served without any cutlery or serviettes. You’d have to get the attention of one of the floor staff to get you those.
2 stars only for the pizza. At that price point, I’d pick any other establishments on the beach instead, perhaps the one with “pizza” in its name.

Great place for lunch or dinner, a large shaded hall with an open view of the main island. Huge ceiling fans pleasantly refreshing the air.
They have a wide choice of quality food and drinks, continental and asian. Delicious soups and Italian pasta and pizza (though the latter is pricey), with a large assortment of wines and excellent craft beers.

Wow! What an incredible experience at 4 AM Interim Market at Sentosa. Unique pizzas and delectable Italian fusion dishes. Must go and try! Great setting too. Ambience was so conducive to almost hotel like setting.

Ambience was great - open air but very windy still. Think you can make reservations in advance to secure a seat, however when i went, it was quite empty so it was easy to get a seat quickly for walk ins. It is also a pet friendly place since i saw some cute dogs around!
Food options were unfortunately quite limited in my opinion. Truffle fries (thick cut) were not very good since its lacking in the truffle taste. Yet, the seafood pasta was very worth ($25++) for lots of mussels and octopus (i think, if not its squid oops) and it tasted really good too, with the noodles cooked to aldente! Sauce was yummy too. Friends said that their pesto pasta was delicious and the portion was quite generous too.
You place an order via scanning the qr code on the table, and one of the staff will serve the food to you, and payment is made afterwards before you leave.

Dining experience did not get off to a good start as front line staff was pretty much inexperienced & part timer. Left standing waiting to be led to table & staff gets ordered around and do not know how to properly handover & update the colleagues that they handed over as well
Other than that unpleasant experience, the food & drinks are on the high side. However, one also goes in with their eyes open as it was also not advertised as an affordable food court as well.
Always always preorder 4Am pizza as otherwise one will be left disappointed if the pizza are not available.
The cold prawns & oysters from Angliss Marketplace were superb! Love the chicken satay too! Super yummy to be washed down with a bottle of white or even Craft beers.
Pet friendly & the fur kids love it!

Firstly, parking will be a huge problem if you can’t get a lot at the location. They won’t let you into the parking area unless you have a reservation. We managed to sit outside in the open which was really nice and added to the whole experience. Food quality is slightly above average and on the pricier side. What was great were the servers. Very enthusiastic and always ready to help and bring things around. Probably won’t pay another visit anytime soon but it was a good evening spent there.
