Had to wait a little while to get served but it’s fine. We’re back here for free After Sales Service. We needed some minor adjustments performed on our spectacles. The staff was a petit girl and was very patient, helpful and proficient in her work. Highly recommend this outlet. Only after I left a review then I saw the notice for the review. Wonder whether I can collect the lens cleaner when I’m back 😅

I ordered a set from this outlet, they failed to deliver it, never sent any message. I only came to know when I decided to go down to the shop 2 weeks after the delivery was scheduled. I was told I would be refunded the money in 10 working days, however I didn’t receive any refund till date. Cheat company.

Came to change my frames with an existing lens. Process was so smooth, and expertly done within 20mins. Thank you Sandra!

Consider the pricing of. $35 . It's still acceptable. The service provided at ice cream counter was so so, as a first time customer I was not sure that I had to grab my bowl at the ice cream counter. It will be better that bowls are placed where staff can access it.

Swensen’s definitely has evolved with the times. What started as a premium ice-cream chain in the 1980s to this Swensen’s Unlimited, which is buffet restaurant. From $35.00++ for lunch on weekdays, you get 90-minutes of buffet including all the Swensen’s ice-creams you can eat. Food is mainly local but has western options like lasagna and pizzas 🍕. Founded in 1948 by Earle Swensen in San Francisco, California, USA, its global expansion in the 1970s took it to South East Asia. While the chain has mostly closed in the US, Thailand and Singapore are its largest market.

It's been a while since I've been to a buffet. Booked using a reservation, there's no need to wait. There is a variety of food and desserts available. The food was good and the cleanliness of the restaurant was superb. Price-wise, it was expensive because of 9% GST and 10% service charge.

Love the food! For a lunch buffet with a $35++ price point, it was well worth every penny. And my toddler got to eat for free. Everything was delicious except maybe for the roast beef which was a bit dry. We especially love the chicken satay. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Food was alright but the timing was quite rush for buffet so you won't be able to enjoy the food. All the items was average but the standard swenson item is good like fish and chips and ice cream like sticky chewy chocolate.

Absolutely loved the Peranakan-themed buffet at Swensen’s VivoCity! 🦀 The spread was impressive and full of local charm—cold flower crab, rich and aromatic laksa, flavorful baked rice, and tender satay grilled to perfection. What really sweetened the experience were the 48 flavors of ice cream (yes, 48!), complete with nostalgic coke floats and an array of traditional Nonya cakes. 🍰🍧 From starters to desserts, the variety was spot-on. Coffee and tea rounded off the meal beautifully. ☕️ The ambience was lively and welcoming, and the staff kept everything running smoothly despite the constant full house. 🔥 Pro tip: Make a reservation! This spot gets packed daily, and for good reason. The value and quality are unbeatable. Highly recommended for anyone craving local flavors with an indulgent twist. 💜

Celebrated my (belated) birthday today over lunch at Swensen’s Unlimited Buffet at VivoCity with the best colleagues! 🥳 Had a feast brimming with seafood, Peranakan classics, live carving stations, and—best of all—48 rotating ice cream flavours 🍨. Loved every bite (especially the durian gelato and DIY chocolate fountain creations)! Time flew by, though—90‑minute limit—so many dishes, so little time! Thanks team for making it memorable ❤️” • Food stations: Live carving (roast chicken, striploin), seafood on ice (prawns, mussels, crabs), Asian mains like laksa, mee goreng, beef rendang, pizza, lasagna, Peranakan dishes etc • Desserts: 48 rotating ice cream & gelato flavours, plus DIY sundae, chendol, chocolate fondue, waffles, Nonya kueh, and festive desserts (during holidays) #SwensensUnlimited #VivoCityEats #BuffetGoals #BelatedBirthday #ColleaguesWhoLunch #48FlavoursOfIceCream #SeafoodSundays #DessertLovers #TeamCelebration #BirthdayBuffet
