Consider the pricing of. $35 . It's still acceptable. The service provided at ice cream counter was so so, as a first time customer I was not sure that I had to grab my bowl at the ice cream counter. It will be better that bowls are placed where staff can access it.

Celebrated my (belated) birthday today over lunch at Swensen’s Unlimited Buffet at VivoCity with the best colleagues! 🥳 Had a feast brimming with seafood, Peranakan classics, live carving stations, and—best of all—48 rotating ice cream flavours 🍨. Loved every bite (especially the durian gelato and DIY chocolate fountain creations)! Time flew by, though—90‑minute limit—so many dishes, so little time! Had a great time celebrating a birthday with friends at Swensen’s! The food was good with a wide variety to choose from. The staff made the occasion special by greeting us with a warm “Happy Birthday” and even preparing a sweet ice cream treat with a birthday message. Really thoughtful touch! Highly recommend—especially the buffet. It’s definitely worth the price!

Food variety for everyone, some freshly cooked and dishes were replenish. Only the ice cream is uniquely Swensen and worth going multiple rounds and with big gatherings of people. Could be one of the cheapest buffet to go too. $45

We celebrated my son and mom’s birthday here and had such a great time! The buffet had a lot of tasty options—everyone found something they loved. The food was fresh, and the desserts were a big hit, especially with the kids. The staff were all great, especially Ms. Lumba. They all made us feel welcome the whole time. It was the perfect spot for our little family celebration. Thanks for making the day extra special!
