2nd time I’m here to buy a new pair of shoes out of desperation because my shoe strap broke and unlike my first visit, the staff were promptly serving me (maybe because it was on a weekday), especially the is staff by the name Danial. Knowing that I am going to wear the new pair straight away, he has helped me to remove the sole stickers and helped me to discard my old, unwearable shoes. Thankful for assistance!

Was at this store a few weeks back. Some staff were servicing clients, whilst some just stood quietly observing customers. They didnt stop me from trying on the shoes nor came forward to offer any assistance.

Had a wonderful experience. Wang Yun Liang was very helpful to my mom shop! Would recommend coming to this outlet as it is less crowded.

Very bad service received by salesperson Parichat. I’ve selected a pair of sunglasses and asked her to get a me new piece. She doesn’t let me check on my new piece and straight away bring it to the cashier. Luckily I requested to check on it and realized that the color is not the same as the display set and I’ve requested to see another new piece but she was unwillingly to do it and said “It was the same”. After I insisted to have another pair then only she went to get it. She showed an attitude as of I can’t afford to buy it. I entered the store with a happy mood but left angrily. What a bad service I’ve received as a Charles & Keith’s customer. She’s not suitable to be in a customer service line as what I can see and many bad reviews from other customers on her too.

Had an unpleasant experience there with one of the staff, Amy. Unfortunately, she was really pushy with sales and occasionally hovering over me as I tried the items.. it made my friend and I quite uncomfortable:( After that when I didn’t buy the item she just started giving me an attitude and rolling her eyes. Otherwise, I’ve always loved that Charles and Keith offers stylish items at reasonable prices! Just that some staff need to work on their service skills!

terrible experience!! short summary: dont go to this outlet unless u know UR EXACT SIZE AND EXACTLY WHAT U WANT😔😩 try no more than 5 pairs of shoes or else yall are being a nuisance😭😕 the staff will rush u and talk to u like ur a child if u look young too🥰 long story: my friend and i went there to buy prom shoes and wanted to try a large variety of shoes since we didnt know what we wanted (we are very indecisive and wanted to see what looked good on us). stayed for less than an hour, maybe around 45mins. the staff there were visibly irritated and annoyed by us trying many pairs of shoes (less than 10 pairs per person). near the end of our session, we asked the staff for 2 pairs of shoes in our sizes, and the staff went to talk to their manager, who proceeded to glare and frown at us. the staff came out and did not provide us with the shoes we requested for, instead she asked us what we wanted. we didnt understand her at first and assumed she was talking about the shoes we asked for, so we repeated ourselves. she proceeded to ask us again what we wanted so she could take the shoes for us (???). i guessed that it could be due to the number of shoes we were trying and i explained our situation (prom and indecisive and all that) to her, which she followed up by saying 'CANNOT LIKE THAT!'😍 do note that my friend and i were not being rowdy or goofing around at all, at most we made small comments to each other which made us laugh obviously!! so idk if they thought we were just fooling around, but seriously isnt that how all friends act when they are together.... the staff proceeded to rush us to decide on the shoes we want so she could check us out?? and she tried to clear the 3 pairs of shoes that we had tried, including the 2 that my friend and i were considering. she was being very hasty and spoke in a very angsty manner "so do u want this? this one dont want right?" until my friend stopped her from taking her shoes!!🫶🏻 when my friend told her she wanted to compare the pair she already had and the new pair that she asked for initially, the staff looked so damn done w her job and she left the shoes w my friend and like sighed 'okok' like damn pekcek 💀 she also took the shoes i wanted away!! thanks girlie i get that me and my friend look quite young (maybe sec sch teens) but even so, it is not a reason for the staff to treat us the way they did. it is obvious that the staff assumed we came to play around with their shoes even though that was not the case. my friend even ended up puchasing a pair of shoes. regardless of our age, a customer is a customer and should be treated as a customer. if they had an issue with the number of shoes we were trying on, they could have let us know earlier that there was a limit in the number of shoes we could try (and there shouldn't be... the store is there for a reason right) instead of getting annoyed that we were trying on their shoes... i ended up not finding anything😔 thank you for reading😘

Wherever I go Charles & Keith is the best sales person, very professional that's why everytime I visit the shop I always bought new slippers, shoes or bag because I like the sales person. Keep it up the good work everyone. More sales to all of you Cheers 🍾. …

Asked one of the staff from Charles & Keith Vivo city for the shoe designs at 3plus pm. I'm looking for my size but hard to find the different designs which suit my small feet. He was so reliable and paid attention to my needs. So I was communicating with one of the staff orally there unless he knew that I was Deaf. Well done for his service to my needs yesterday 😃.

This is a nice library situated at the 3rd floor of vivo city. What I like about this place as it allows us to spend some time here reading before our lunch and we can end the day with some groceries purchase before we head home. This strategic position is definitely a plus point. There is a good variety of books for kids. Not sure if they have books like geranimo Stilton or ivy&bean series for older kids. Overall, good experience.

Thankful to have a library in this huge shopping mall. It’s great just to sit here quietly and wait for friends who are still busy spending money buying stuff in this mall. This library is not as big as the regional libraries, but it still offers a great selection of English, Chinese, Melayu and Tamil books. It also offers charging stations for our gadgets and a beautiful view of Sentosa Island.
