Had a disappointing experience at the VivoCity outlet. I was just casually shopping and suddenly wanted to buy a pair of shoes, but couldn't get any proper assistance from the staff. They were on their phones and did not respond sincerely when I asked questions. Their attitude felt inattentive and unprofessional. :(

visit this shop last weekend 13/10/24 and its quite busy as usual just browsing with my mom and got assisted by this sweet joyful sales girl knows what to recommend to my mom and their customer service is superb as well as to the staff tall guy they both accommodate and served all their customers. We are the last one who got served my mom is very happy with their service and with her purchase. Thank you to the both of you, you made our shopping extra special. excellent service and Great job 👍👍

Coming from Indonesia, I was so glad to see a lot of sandal options that weren’t available in my country. There was only 1 auntie who served everyone, she did so well and was so polite. Price-wise, just the same as other Birkenstock everywhere.
