🚨🚨🚨NVR GO FOR THEIR PACKAGE BEFORE U TRIED!!!! I would rate 0 star if I could, I mean, how bad can a car wash service be?
Paid $90 for a car wash and still had multiple obvious dirty patches left on the car. When we questioned the staff, they claimed it would require their $1,000 polishing package to clean - yet we were able to wipe the stains off easily by hand. Had to clean it ourselves with just baby wet wipes before even driving off. These were clearly just dirt, and somehow a $90 service didn’t take care of it. Even a $12 drive-through does a better job. Unbelievable!

Hard sell package even before actual polish and cleaning. Internal cleaning and vacumn alone cost $508 for MPV. Tried to promote membership signup for improved rates. I don't feel good about their business approach and did not proceed with their service.

Quoted $90 for car wash. Still proudly tell you its only normal car wash nothing else. Bring your car elsewhere and get it normal wash and vacuum for $20, dont waste time here.

Because of various reasons, I did not use my package. It expired for just a few months and when I went to shop, they said they would not extend. So I lost a few hundred dollars. Buyer beware!

Andy and his team at the Prime Auto Care Vivo B1 (near popular bookshop) are the most professional and patient folks. They cleaned our car's interior and exterior with care. As the car park is not brightly lit, sometimes, they missed a spot. Just tell them and they will get it done.
You can't compare this with the petrol kiosk car wash in terms of price. One cloth without rinsing wiped down a few cars, vs. paying slightly more, and you see them rinsing the cloth many times for a single wipe down, changing the pail of water a few times too. The effort they put in is the money you are paying.
So thumbs up to Andy and the boys! You guys are doing great! To many more years with you all.

I m a regular at Prime Auto Vivocity. Have been with them for years. I opted basic grooming. Very happy with B1 and B2 services. Reliable and value for money. High business cost. Nothing is cheap today. Recommended place to go.

I like the grooming at Vivocity. It is very thorough job both interior and exterior - even my leather seats are properly cleaned and conditioned. Paid a bit more and everything is well taken care of while I do my groceries shopping. Most important I am able to get my Bentley done even on weekends! Keep up the good job 👍 …
