Each bite was packed with flavor. Staffs are friendly. Highly recommend: Red ruby dumplings with fresh mushrooms and black truffle sauce, Baked Jumbo chilli crab puffs, Seafood donut tossed in salad cream.

Best meal of my life. I have traveled around the world. I love flavors. I love food but my experience at jumbo was beyond expression. We got the chili crab of course which was so delicious! I kept eating the sauce with my noodles and my fried rice. The mocha pork was sublime. That was just the best pork I've had . The fried buns were delicious. And we got the shrimp fried rice and the seafood noodles so perfectly cooked. The place requires reservations cuz there's just so many people that want to go . my hosts try to book the jumbo close to their house or the one close to my hotel but they were booked up so we took the monorail down to on Sentosa Island and it was just as spectacular as I had heard. But it was even better than I could imagine. This is an amazing treat and I like the kalamazi juice and then we have the mango sago for dessert.

I really enjoyed the steamed Alaskan crab, and the dessert was quite good as well. However, some of the other dishes I ordered were either too salty or just not to my taste.

Food tasted good but served cold. It’s like not freshly prepared. Kitchen not set up for hot serves, no Bain Marie style. Should take ikea kitchen set up as example.

Tried their best-sellers - nasi lemak chicken and vegetarian fried rice with soy crisps. I loved the sambal. Served fast and warm. The only downside is the drink option as it they don’t have bottled water.

Took the wrong bus and ended up in Sentosa. Decided to sketch inside this food court as it has good view over the Central Beach Bazaar. The local food selection looks good actually, ranging from chicken rice to all sorts of noodles and also Western dishes. The place was spacious with lots of tables. I chose a view that faces CBB and bought a cup of coffee to accompany me. Took me a while to figure out the coffee machine as it is self-service and the instructions are not clear. When the machine says to choose your capsule, I thought it was flavour but it turned out to be Long black, Latte or Cuppucino. I took the first choice and it was good. I do notice most of the customers finishing all their food. Western meals like the salmon fillet seemed quite popular. The tables were kept very clean with efficient cleaning. The air-con was very cold as I sat there for almost 2 hours. A plus point for hot Sentosa. Very convenient location as it's across from the Sentosa express train station. Only downside is that the toilets are also at the station abt a 3-minute walk across. I couldn't visit as I didn't want to leave my sketching materials on the table. To buy food, order at the single row of stalls, pay at the cashier on the way out. Very simple. I could only rate 4 for food as I didn't try any and 4 for service as it's self-served.
