JUMBO Premium debuts as the first-ever "Premium" concept from the renowned JUMBO Group, elevating the beloved seafood restaurant experience to new heights at Resorts World Sentosa's WEAVE development. Officially launched in June 2025, this 140-seat restaurant represents the seventh JUMBO Seafood location in Singapore, but distinguishes itself through specially crafted dim sum offerings that complement the award-winning seafood dishes the brand is famous for. The two private VIP dining rooms, each accommodating up to 24 guests, add an element of exclusivity perfect for celebrations or corporate gatherings.
The menu naturally showcases JUMBO's legendary chilli crab, a dish that has become synonymous with Singaporean seafood excellence and earned numerous accolades over the decades. The kitchen's expertise with live seafood shines through multiple preparations, while the unique-to-this-location dim sum creations provide morning and afternoon dining options that set JUMBO Premium apart from its sister restaurants. Daily dim sum service runs from 9am to 5pm (last order 4:45pm), while à la carte dining continues from 11:30am to 10pm (last order 9:15pm), offering flexibility whether you're seeking a leisurely weekend yum cha or a celebratory seafood feast.

Fantastic meal after a day out at Sentosa. Service was impeccable and food was great. The orh nee had an acquired taste though - there was hints of garlic in the paste. Not sure if that is the norm.

After spending a fun-filled day at Universal Studios Singapore, we chose to have dinner at JUMBO Premium – and it turned out to be the perfect way to end the day.
The food was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh, with every dish prepared to perfection. From presentation to flavor, everything exceeded our expectations. The menu offers a variety of options that cater to different tastes, and each item we tried was a standout.
What made the experience even more special was the outstanding service. The staff were not only professional and efficient, but also exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They served us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, always ready to assist.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Resorts World Sentosa or Singapore in general. It’s truly a top-tier dining experience. Without a doubt, I will be returning on my next trip to Singapore.

Best meal of my life. I have traveled around the world. I love flavors. I love food but my experience at jumbo was beyond expression. We got the chili crab of course which was so delicious! I kept eating the sauce with my noodles and my fried rice. The mocha pork was sublime. That was just the best pork I've had .
The fried buns were delicious. And we got the shrimp fried rice and the seafood noodles so perfectly cooked. The place requires reservations cuz there's just so many people that want to go .
my hosts try to book the jumbo close to their house or the one close to my hotel but they were booked up so we took the monorail down to on Sentosa Island and it was just as spectacular as I had heard. But it was even better than I could imagine. This is an amazing treat and I like the kalamazi juice and then we have the mango sago for dessert.
