Amazingly gigantic free playground conveniently located in the Vivo City mall. There are several slides, swings and climbs area so kids can burn their energy while adults shop at the mall. There're nursing room, water outlet and kids diaper changing station there as well.

Was watching kids( because my grandson wanted to play but was'nt prepared with extra clothing) having fun at the playground yesterday (15 Oct). However, I am disturbed that there was this boy (about 5 to 6 years old) who was naked, running about in the water court. His mum(I assumed) was holding his clothes! It could be that they were not prepared with extra clothes. Perhaps, the thought was he is only a small boy but this is disturbing at a public place. Would the Management care to comment?

We brought our Swarovski necklace to this outlet hoping to get it polished as it has lost its glam after wearing over a year. Much to our surprise, we were simply told by the staff that Swarovski doesn’t help its customers polish their wares.. basically it’s our problem after we purchased it. Oh well… now we know.

the older malay lady retail associate was extremely unfriendly and rude, came down to enquire on a piece awhile ago and cant forget how rude she was, kept snickering and giving sarcastic answers, even laughed in my face, will much rather bring my business to other swarovski outlet please improve on ur customer service.
