They have nice products and I am a fan. Just bought a ring to pamper myself. BUT service by Shirley isnt fantastic. She looks snobbish and aloof. I wont visit this store to make any purchase but will go to other locations.

The staffs from ViVo store are not very friendly . I wanted to choose gifts , but really don’t wanna pay my money to see those cold faces .

Extremely disappointing service from store manager, May. She maintained an unfriendly and unwelcoming demeanor throughout our interaction. If she struggles to manage her mood professionally, she should not be in a customer-facing role. Lousy service please avoid going that shop to avoid disappointment.

Came to this outlet on 16/12/2023, we understand that we came during a busy period. Firstly, we were not notified via email that they couldnt take in repairs for a period of time due to “busy” season. & Secondly, we didnt just come in to repair. We came for collection and also to make new purchases. But staff rejected giving us the impressions that we are not important. Therefore, they just lost their regular customers. Goodbye to Vivocity outlet.

the older malay lady retail associate was extremely unfriendly and rude, came down to enquire on a piece awhile ago and cant forget how rude she was, kept snickering and giving sarcastic answers, even laughed in my face, will much rather bring my business to other swarovski outlet please improve on ur customer service.
