Great experience at the VivoCity outlet — lively atmosphere and friendly staff. The pulled shiitake tacos were a first for me, and they turned out delicious!

I ordered a bowl this evening and specifically requested guacamole, as it was listed on the menu. However, I was quite surprised by how minimal the portion was upon receiving my order. I kindly suggest addressing this, as it falls short of expectations.

Had a meal at Guzman y Gomez and went for the Burrito Rice Bowl. It was flavourful, and the ingredients came together nicely for a satisfying bite. However, it was a bit hard to get the attention of the staff at the counter when I had something to ask.

Booked a table for 7.30pm and arrived on time but table was not ready till 8.30pm. (Then what is the point for reservation?) We ordered our food while waiting and after we were led to the table, order was still not entered and we waited again. Our food only arrived at 9pm which was almost supper for the cny dinner. The managing of 2 session dining was quite poor. 猪肚鸡汤was too peppery for my liking and children might find it too spicy. Crab meat charcoal tofu was average. I liked the waygu cube and fragrant crispy rice crab. The crab was very fresh. Check the price before you place order as some dishes were base on seasonal price and weight. I gave a 3 star as the waiting time from table for table to dish served was not acceptable. 1.5hr wait even with reservations I could have finished my dinner elsewhere.

Quite a late throwback, but worth a recommendation! Ideal for a mix of seafood & tze char dishes, we’ve been fans of Yang Ming since its Bishan days. Had our CNY lunch here, because this outlet is air-conditioned & has a nostalgic kelong decor at the entrance! Must-try include the Australia Andrew lobster chee cheong fun (huge lobster & soft cheong fun), Fish maw scallop chicken soup (flavourful & full of collagen), & Special ginger kampung chicken (nice ginger scallion oil)! We thoroughly enjoyed the dessert platter of sweet potato & yam balls (chewy mochi texture), & red bean pancakes! Interesting appetizers served before the feast such as the Ice plant with salad sauce (seldom see this in other restaurants). IG @pingguo301

Sarawak peppers is here in this famous Singapore restaurant signature dish! The chef wrap a whole chicken inside a pig stomach this is really shiok! Must try the incredible Chee Cheong Fun lobster too~ especially amazed by the gravy! So thick and creamy, perfect match with Chee Cheong fun, absorbing all the juiciness together in one mouth. The texture is so smooth and satisfying. I will definitely come back to try other dishes again!

The setup of this place is interesting. It’s like a kelong as you walk into the dining area. It’s quite deep in with the end facing Sentosa. Service and food are great. Ordered a small salt and pepper prawns and we had 5 good sized prawns which are really fresh and delicious. The claypot tofu with roasted belly is good too. My only disappointment is the dace fish with kailan. The dace was in tiny pieces making the dish a bit too salty. It’s ok but not to my liking. Overall pricing is good too. The 300g live prawns was only $28 a very reasonable price for a delicious item. Will return to try other dishes.

Despite making a booking in advance, we still experienced an unreasonably long wait. The lack of staff and their indifferent attitude added to the frustration. After waiting so long, we were finally told that the dish we ordered was out of stock, and we had to wait even longer for a replacement. Very disappointing experience.

Yang Ming Seafood Restaurant offers fresh, high-quality seafood. The pig stomach and chicken soup is a must-try, and the lobster is exceptionally fresh. A great choice for a seafood meal in Singapore!
