We had a very pleasant evening with great food and service from Quentin. We were surprised how good Quentin Eurasian food were, especially the bostador, chap chye, pork tambrinyu, lamb redang and dessert platter. Thumb up!

The service is also exceptional; the staff are attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a wonderful visit. Furthermore, the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, allowing for a relaxing and enjoyable meal. For anyone seeking top-tier food, excellent service, and a tranquil environment, Quentin's is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

Solid 4 stars for their starters and 1for1 wine deals. We tried their fish cake, pork with sweet potato pastry and chicken croquette. All were delectable! The cod fish main was ok but not the best, but my friend said his curry oxtial soup was good.

Creative and tasty fusion food. Perfect ambiance for a night out. I’m a fan since the Eurasia centre days and glad to see they open more branches outside to reach more audience. The outlet in Sentosa is best to bring overseas guests to, for an appreciation of quality local delicacy.

This restaurant was opposite our hotel on Sentosa Island, we went there on our first night as it was convenient. The food and service were excellent and the bill was very reasonable, we ended up eating there 3 nights during our stay as the food was amazing. I would highly recommend them and if we return to Singapore will definitely visit again.
