Few days ago, i went there, and there was a 40% discount, and i was interested on a shirt. However, they ran out if it, so i gave them my phone number, once they have the stock, they woild text me. So i asked whether if i need to pay first or when i get the shirt. They said next time then pay so i waited for the text. A week later, i received a text from an employee and said that the shirt i wanted was here. So i travel back to vivo and pay for the shirt.
However, the discount on the shirt went from 40% to 30%. We asked why? and they said the system changed. As a person who lived around sengkang, it is very troublesome to travel from my home to vivo. Although the difference is just 10%, i feel that the employees are very dishonest

The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving good suggestions without being pushy. I also found some great discounts, which made the experience even better.
Overall, it’s a nice place to shop for quality fashion. Highly recommend it!

Sale is ongoing on both male and female clothing. Good to shop at Vivocity mall Tommy Hilfiger. Clothing brand is very well known for its quality of material. Ladies section got some new dresses. Expansive brand price wise but good to go.

The sales are very appealing and make for excellent gift options. However, the discount details are a bit complicated and the items aren't properly tagged, which makes it hard to understand.
I was assisted by Jasmine, who was both friendly and helpful throughout my shopping. Thanks to her, I was able to sort out all my gifts. Even though I took up a lot of her time, she remained professional and patient.
Although the store was busy due to the big sales event, it was clear they weren’t understaffed. However, I did notice that other staff members weren’t particularly helpful. Some were just standing around, not attempting to assist their busy colleagues or customers despite being available. They seemed to be focused on their own tasks, which gave off an individualistic rather than a team-oriented vibe. One of the Malaysian staff members also appeared disengaged, often wearing a sour expression. I also didn’t notice the manager around at any point.
I realised that the website is running a similar promotions. Perhaps if the sales ppl are too busy, they may wish to advise the customers to do the purchase online instead.
Jasmine was the only one who seemed fully invested in her job. For a great shopping experience, I highly recommend seeking her help.
