poked belt hole in my Ralph Lauren belt. thought google 4.2 stars not bad. End up lady who did it did not seem like she gave more than two shits. The holes are off centre and it is strikingly obvious to me when I wear my belt.

We had 2 pairs of shoes done - A really bad job for the amount of money paid . The padding is just a sticker, with one wash it will come off. For S$40 I can do this myself. With the other shoes the glue is over the shoe and it's not even glued properly. There are dents in the shoe which I'm not sure will come out. S$75 in total for this mess. I want a refund.

Avoid at ALL cost. Sent in one side of a slipper and a pair of shoes on 10th June 2023 and was told to collect it on 17th June 2023. S$15 for gluing 1 side of the slipper and another S$50 for sewing the rubber to the "body" of the shoes. On 17th June 2023, went down to the Mister Minit - Vivo City and wanted to collect both my slipper and shoes. Firstly, I manage to collect my slipper but the glue residue were all over my slipper. There wasn't any attempt to even remove atleast some glue residue. Secondly, my shoes were no where to be seen. I called up the number I was given and was told that the sewing machine was broken and that my pair of shoes hasn't even been worked on. This is after 7 days, no calls/text or any communication to even inform about the delay. I asked for my shoes back and a refund. Was given the full refund of S$65 I paid. Never again - please do think thrice if you want to send anything valuable. Update 11th March 2025 ——- Even after the comment by Mister Minute below, I contacted them and got 0 response.

This is the worst experience that i ever met in my life. The handy man spoilt my Balenciaga belt totally. He promised to repair for me but waited for 3 weeks but yet to see him touch the belt at all. He is definitely an irresponsible person!!!

Very very disappointed. The back of my watch is scratched after battery changed. And no receipt is given too. Shouldn’t just depends on the general good reviews. Even they replied me here asked me to contact them, no response at all after email. Just marketing only, waste of time

Aspect Movers are very professional. They are prompt and treat customers with respect. Alex is kind and gives out a reasonable quote for my recent move. The support team, including Kasim & guys work together in unity and deliver all boxes on site real fast. Their service is highly commendable. Thumbs up for Aspect Movers!

sent two pairs of my clogs to fix the sole .. one pair very well used and now looking like brand new. and the other brand new pair is also very finely done. Supper impressed by the lady cobbler's delicate workmanship.

Would love to commend the staff at Mister Minit for giving top quality, above and beyond service to my shoe! While they could have simply stuck on the Vibram sole, they took great care to integrate the rubber topy into the sole so it looks very seamless. They also waxed and sanded the rough sides though it was not part of the service paid for. Overall I am extremely happy with their service and would defo send more shoes in!
