Honestly I wasn’t able to agree reviews that I saw before I visiting. Fried chicken was not crispy enough and even it was cold. Also, the outside batter was too thick for me. And the fries were not salty like what we usually had in fast food store. Family set was $80 including 8 chicken, 4 drinks and some of side menu. Initially I thought it was too small, but couldn’t finish more than 2 chicken because of its taste. Seems the price was rip-off considering the quality of food. Thought I understood that it was always crowded, wish them to care more of their taste even it might cause for them to lessen the portion of meals. For atmosphere, it was beautiful when I saw there outside but it was different inside. There are just tables and benches to accommodate the many number of people. For shrek waffle, it was cute, but it would have been better if it was crispy. It was too soft for me. For ice cream(ben&jerry), good. But one scoop was at $8 and for me, it was felt like melting. Seems temperature of refrigerator went up to make easy to put a scoop

The customer service here was terrible. I wanted two extra cups to split one drink into three smaller portions in three cups, so they gave three cups in total. However, after I looked at the bill, it showed that I ordered three FULL cups of drinks, each costing 5 dollars each. They did not give a full refund, and refused to listen to me. However, the food is good, just that it is extremely overpriced. Will not recommend.

Ordered this so-called Shrek waffle with 1 scoop of Ben and Jerry Ice Cream for $16. Just a very normal waffle with a shrek picture in the middle, nothing else. The Green colour shrek head is just a coloring of the waffle and nothing else. Initially i thought, could it be green tea flavour or what. The Salted Caramel ice cream is the only item ok. My personal rating-> not worth to come back for more. 1 time is good enough.

Goldilocks was a fantastic experience! 😄🍽 The place is air-conditioned, so it’s a perfect spot to cool off while enjoying some delicious food. It honestly felt like I was in a Shrek movie — the whole atmosphere was fun and whimsical! The staff were super friendly, and the food was just as amazing as the setting. Definitely a must-visit if you're looking to take a break in a cozy, themed environment while you eat.

The place is comfortable since they have AC inside so the room is cool even when its very hot outside! 😁 We ordered papa bear meal which include 3pcs chicken, 1 drink & 1 fries (25SGD) 👍🏻 the chicken is quite big and the drink is free flow refill which is a +++ for a very hot day 👍🏻 we personally like the LAKSA chicken better since its unique and we havent tried it elsewhere, the original flavor is OK.. we also ordered fragrant rice (which is not that good but we want rice lol) would be looking forward to visit next time i go over to USS again ❤️ thanks!

Super friendly staff. Waited patiently for me to pick the ice cream flavour as there was alot of option. The staff name Kitty was super helpful and served the ice cream to my table as i was alone with my children.💕💕💕tq for the great service + juicy chicken😋😋😋🤤
