This might be the worse experience we had for Carnival Ice Cream. The crew are rude, not helpful and fierce to each of individual customer who patronize this outlet. Carnival is located at tourist attraction, Resorts World Singapore and the staff there should serve great customer service experience to the visitors. But however this proven wrongly. I observed how the staff treated their customers. Especially when the customer asked how much is the drink cost and female staff scolded them, can you see the TV screen for the price and walked away. If the staff does not want to entertain the staff, they should put big price tag poster for the customer to see. Their queue system are also very messy too. Many people do not know where to queue and wait for their order. When we collected the ice cream and wanted to take photo, the ice cream started to melt instantly and the cone given to me are chipped off. Compared to other ice cream establishment, they will give new cone to customer and their ice cream will not melt so fast. The biscuit was extremely soft and not crunchy. The team there should treat all the customers equally fair and love their job. Perhaps the management should look into this and retrain all their staff. Especially a great customer experience.
