Splash Tribe stands as Singapore's premier family-oriented beach club, nestled within The Palawan at Sentosa and offering an enchanting waterpark wonderland designed specifically with families in mind. This vibrant destination combines the laid-back atmosphere of a beach club with the thrills of water attractions, creating a unique space where both children and adults can create lasting memories. The club's distinctive sandcastle-themed water play zone serves as its centerpiece, featuring whimsical architectural details that transport visitors into a playful aquatic fantasy world complete with interactive water elements, fountains, and splash buckets that keep the excitement flowing throughout the day.
The main attractions include a spectacular covered spiral slide, three competitive racer slides perfect for friendly competitions, and a show-stopping red tubular slide that twists through three exhilarating loops before depositing riders into a shallow splash pool. Children meeting the minimum height requirement of one meter can explore the entire play zone, while the balcony level offers water cannons for epic water battles below. Adjacent to the action-packed play zone, the serene infinity-edge pool provides a tranquil counterpoint, with depths ranging from 0.5 to 1.2 meters and stunning views of Palawan Beach. Safety remains paramount, with life jacket requirements for children under 1.3 meters in height when using the pool areas. The club also provides convenient access to HydroDash, Singapore's first and only floating aqua park, where guests can conquer inflatable obstacle courses on the water.
Entry to Splash Tribe is accessible at just 0 for guests aged five and above, with flexible options including pre-booked four-hour sessions or spontaneous two-hour walk-ins. Located at 54 Palawan Beach Walk within The Palawan @ Sentosa, the beach club offers mouth-watering food and beverage options to fuel day-long adventures, with various dining zones featuring minimum spend requirements. The combination of water attractions, dining facilities, beachside ambiance, and family-friendly programming has established Splash Tribe as a must-visit destination for Singapore residents looking for weekend fun and tourists seeking an authentic tropical beach club experience without leaving the island.
Disappointing day at Splash Tribe. This was our first time visiting the "family friendly" beach club and friendly it most definitely wasn't. One of the staff in particular was visibly pee'd off to be working here. Throwing food down on the table and slamming plates down in a huff. No eye contact nor a single word uttered by her in the 4 hours she served us.
The flatbread was soggy, the salad revolting, and the juices watered down.
They were attentive when it was time to leave and to charge us handsomely for the bad experience.
Suspect that this place is run by a tightfisted owner who's not paying to maintain the facilities, get and train decent staff, and buy food quality ingredients.
Avoid this place, so many better options in Sentosa.

This is the worst place just to look at! We came to buy tickets they said you should be a group of five and we were three he said no , I told him we will pay the charge entry he said no !! And I told him kids wanna play he said also no! Plus the food is all non halal and it is all inclusive of pork !! Really the worst place the super worst service I have ever seen.

Had an amazing time. Excellent place for kids. Fun slides, water play all around and the best part even adults can relive their childhood. Friendly and professional crew and staffs.
A special shout out to Ms Yoges, a crew from Splash Tribe. She is knowledgeable, dedicated and portrays excellent customer service. She also has an amazing smile on her face at all times. Truly an asset to Splash Tribe. Do look out for Ms Yoges anytime you visit.

1st time visiting with a 8yo on a Friday afternoon (very little crowd). Have only been visiting OLA beach club until I found out about this place. Read lots of negative comments but decided to give it a one time chance due to the slides.
So my personal review as a Singaporean whom have only visited OLA beach club. Addressing the negative comments.
1) Unfriendly attitude: Ok, seems like the only unfriendly staff was the one manning the entrance. Zero smile, talk like as if you are not going to pay and is planning to run away. However, she had been standing at the counter since my arrival at 4.30pm (i supposed she had been standing there longer). Whoever being assigned to this post wont have smile on their face, imagine having to stand for so long. Anyway, I feel its the management fault. The rest of the staffs are ok. When customers who went away from their food, the staff will bring covers to cover up the food to prevent birds from eating. But, please have common sense if you are going away with your food on the table, birds will come for them. Just request for a cover before you leave. The staff will not know or notice that you left. They don't babysit you.
2) Dirty sunbeds: Well, thats sunbed for you. Any outdoor cushioned sofa, sunbed or any chairs are dirty. When you visit all the clubs, you think the sofas are very clean?
3) Food: I only ordered fish and chips and calamari. Fish and cheap was bland but very crispy and portion quite huge. (Forgot to take picture). Calamari was not really crispy. Overall food was ok.
Drinks: A draft beer, 2 cocktail and 3 mocktail. All was good. 3 Star for the food that I had.
4) Price: Entrance fee of $10 per pax. (Was told that i need to pay for child but when paying, they only charge for adult). Anyway, which other bar got such professional water slides? Price for food and drinks, I feel is abit high but given the atmosphere and facilities, ok.
5) Dirty toilets: It was cleaner than OLA beach club's toilet and cleaner than Sentosa public toilet. However, there is only 1 cubicle shower and 2 open shower.
Overall experience: My son loved the slides and his mocktails, I am ok with the food and drinks. So, I will definitely visit again. Instead of going to wild wild wet or adventure cove for water slide, for within a bar, this is not bad too.

We visited Splash Tribe on a weekday morning and enjoyed its kids-friendly setup just off Palawan Beach. Food was much better than we had expected, and we were surprised by how good the brunch-menu crispy chicken wrap was. Pools were clean and we spotted two to three lifeguards on duty at any one time.
Unfortunately, service was lacklustre from front of house to service. There were more scowls and no smiles, and we observed staff making no efforts to shoo birds feasting on guests’ meals despite being close to affected tables. As a poolside dining area affected by mynahs, perhaps the restaurant could offer tray covers to guests or explore how to better manage these birds.
There were different spending tiers for the tables and daybeds, excluding a $10/pax cover charge. While daybeds looked comfortable, they were mostly under the scorching sun and we were glad to have a table in the shade instead. Overall, worth a visit and hopefully staff would be friendlier the next time!

Splash Tribe was an amazing experience for the whole family. Prices were fair for Sentosa, the pools were amazing and food was tasty...!
Our family consisted of ages 9-16 and adults from Australia 🇦🇺... We all enjoyed what Tribe Splash had to offer and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to cool off for the day.
