Well crafted and designed for children to get near- real experience of the various career/ profession they read or see around. My kids, niece and nephews truly enjoyed it. Highly recommended to engage children in meaningful duo way.

It is highly recommended to go on a weekday. There was no queue for any of the activities. He had the full attention of the staff in each station (literally 1 vs. 1). My child has so much fun pretending and we spent 7 hrs there. Took 1 star away because the price is steep. But i dont mind bringing him here for a special occasion.

We spent a lot of time here, would've stayed longer if we went with a friend. Great for a confident 4 year old but we'll come back when she's older. A lot of educational and fun activities. It was quiet when we were there so we could go straight into each scheduled and open activity. Extras (face paint and hair) were pricey but food was reasonably priced. Kid friendly food available, healthy options and 'fun' food too.

I am a fans and have been to several Kidzania in the world (Tokyo, Seoul, Busan, Kuala Lumpur), but I am sorry to say that Singapore Kidzania gave me the worst experience. I do not normally write negative reviews. But I sincerely hope it can improve. ————— Start with the good points first - Based on my experience on a Saturday, the positive things are almost no queues, you easily get one-on-one service at some booths. It is clean. ————— Then, the negative comments - (1) The ticket price is very expensive. 1 adult and 1 kid = about S$180 on a Saturday in August. It is more expensive than Tokyo Disneyland and Singapore Universal Studio!? And charging adult at S$65.7 who cannot play but just take photos and do child care, that’s crazy. As a result of (1) - (a) I have high expectation. If you charge me lower (or like KL Kidzania price but inflate abit for the Singapore higher standard of living), I will tolerate more for the problems that I am going to illustrate below. (b) On a Saturday morning, there are very few kids. Not enough customers, many shops are not open, kids have not much things to play. (2) Not enough customers, many shops are not open. Other kidzania in the world, people go early to queue up. and once it is open, all activities are open. I rather queue up in exchange for the variety of activities. As there are not many customers, one staff may look after more than one booth, hence if the staff is busy for one, he cannot handle another. (3) Not many sponsors. Exactly because of (1) and (2), there are not too many sponsors. And I was so sad to learn from the staff that Malaysian Airline’s sponsor ended on 1 Aug. And when I went on 2 Aug, there is no more MAS logo, and no more cabin attendant uniforms for kids to wear. To some kids, doing the cabin attendant job is like a ritual for each Kidzania (and similar facilities) visit. We have taken photos of kids in ANA, JAL, Korean Air, Jin Air, AirAsia cabin attendant uniforms. Imagine the disappointment this time we came and no cabin attendant uniform. I hope I am just unlucky, and you find a sponsor for your aviation academy soon. —— As a fan of Kidzania, here are the sincere suggestions - Reduce the price, so that there are more customers, hence more PR effect, and hence more sponsors. And as a result, more shops are open to cater for the large amount of kids, and the kids get more fulfilling experiences. I read somewhere that Kuala Lumpur kidzania and Singapore Kidzania have the same owner. I am not sure about the fact, but I like KL Kidzania and has given it 5 stars. KL Kidzania also has more kids going, and more sponsors from famous companies (Tealive, Famous Amos cookies, Baskin Robins, Air Asia, Subway, and many more)

Today was an absolutely fantastic day for my daughter at Kidzania! She enthusiastically tried over 10 different professions, each offering unique and engaging experiences. The staff members were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout all activities. Despite it being a school holiday, the crowd size remained manageable and waiting times were reasonable. A perfect blend of fun learning and smooth organization - highly recommended for curious young minds!

Great place for kids particularly those between 6 and 12. Staffs are very nice. A special shoutout to the firefighter team - great energy and truly enhanced the kids experience. I also appreciate the prayer room for Muslim guests. this place could do with a water dispenser. Just a little gesture to make the pain of spending a lot of money a little less painful. Overall a great day at kidzania and I hope this place remains open and have better promotions!

A great concept and friendly, kind staff. Best suited to ages 4-8; potentially a bit dull for 10 and older. It was very empty on Friday morning which paradoxically made it more boring for my kids (no one to make friends with, and it took them a little while to a warm up to the activities without feeling awkward to be the only one doing them.) Surprisingly expensive as many of the activities require additional payments (including almost all food and beauty activities.) Also as a parent, a lot of sitting around waiting for your kids. It is air conditioned inside, so bring a light sweater if you are dressed for Singapore’s tropical climate.

We visited Kidzania on Vesak day and it was the best decision ever! Park was empty and the kids could play almost everything without a queue. Best station has got to be SCDF fire station. Bob n Charlotte was most enthusiastic and encouraging to the kids. Bob had massive loads of energy n made it so fun! Next best was the Paramedics. Kids enjoyed Shopee and Kiss92. They didnt want to leave the park. Awesome place for kids to learn about different occupations, earn money etc

Fantastic day at kidzania. Chance upon Bob , keana and Charlotte , they are all absolutely fantastic especially bob as the fire truck driver and presenter at KidZania! He made the whole experience so exciting and memorable for my son. His energy, kindness, and fun approach had the kids completely engaged from the moment they stepped in. He explained everything so clearly and made them feel like real firefighters! Thank you, Bob, for making their day so special — you’re truly amazing at what you do!

It’s big like those in Japan. It has a counter of Air Force and an indoor football pitch which are exclusive here. To make things faster, buy tickets there. Don’t buy from Klook. When I was looking for tickets there, it offered only adult tickets, which means I had to buy ticket for my kid there … It was short of staff on Monday … Some shops were closed and the staff at the ticket office didn’t show us what to do and where to go after we entered the venue… even the staff in the shops didn’t know about it … Anyway, my kid still enjoyed the work experience and we spent 2 hours there. At weekends, you might worry about the long queues but on weekdays it’s too quiet …
