The giant swing is amazing. It looks scary but it isn’t. I did it and the views and feeling was amazing. Directly swings over the beach. The staff are very friendly and just as excited as you are for the ride

I visited this attraction yesterday and had a disappointing experience with the reception staff. After purchasing my ticket on-site, I politely asked the staff for advice before paying. She was noticeably unfriendly (rare in Singapore, where service is usually excellent). To ensure I was buying the correct ticket, I even showed her my Klook booking screen, and she confirmed it was fine—only for her to later reject me due to weight restrictions. When I asked why she didn’t mention this *before* I paid, she simply said, “You should have read the terms.” I then asked if this happens often, and she replied, “Yes.” If weight limits are strictly enforced, staff should proactively inform guests *before* payment to avoid frustration, especially when they ask for your advice. It’s unfortunate because everywhere else in Singapore staff are warm, helpful, and willing to provide suggestions. I hope management improves training to prevent similar situations. I’m glad their in-charge lady provides alternatives and she is friendly.

This was my second bungee jump in Sentosa, and the crew made the experience even better each time. They were professional, reassuring, and ensured everything was safe and smooth. Big thanks to Alai, Jason, Firman, and How Wen for their clear guidance, encouragement, and expertise. If you’re thinking of trying bungee jumping, this is the team to do it with. Highly recommend!

This place is purely for the thrill seekers. We tried the giant swing & I must say it was an out of the world experience. You can also take the video of it as they attach a gopro to your hand. You have to pay $49 for the footage. The entire activity lasts for about 10 mins.

The giant swing and the bungee jump are super cool, the place is also right by the beach and has a pool, although it's only for the people on the bungee jump to arrive into. The concept is great, and it's fun to watch people jump! The massive metals pieces however slightly deteriorate the view especially if you get a sunbed facing that direction (they don't let you change the direction so it faces the beach). The food and beverages are very expensive, over $60 for 5 beers plus 18% tax. The food quality is not great, deep fried fatty finger food comes with the alcohol for an extra $15. The bungee jump is about $140 and the giant swing is $60 per person and sometimes you need three people because of the minimum weight requirement in windy conditions.

One of the most amazing experience we have had. The staffs are all so kind and friendly! From the front desk staffs to the guys who manage the giant swing. The guys managing the giant swing are so funny and entertaining and when it comes to safety they are very detailed and attentive to everything, every single detail. We were so happy that it made us talk about it on and on telling our families to go there too. We hope that the staffs working on 19th April 2025 at the giant swing are all recognised for their amazing customer service. They are good for business too because they will upsell the bungy jump which their way of selling is so funny. Thank you for making our entire week wonderful - From Haziq and Ifah

You can reach here by Mrt and shuttle bus. The directions details at the ticketing station near by the Universal. At Skypark, you will have bungee jumping, giant swing or choose Skybridge- sightseeing only.

The Giant Swing experience was thrilling and enjoyable. However, our interaction at the front desk was disappointing. A woman wearing a headscarf was quite rude. The staff assisting with the swing had informed us that we could view our video first and decide whether to purchase it. But when we asked to see the video this front desk lady refused to show it unless we paid in advance and behaved disrespectfully toward my wife. This was unfortunate and left a negative impression on an otherwise great experience.

Superb food!! We had ham sandwiches, tacos nachos, chicken wings all were really tasty. The seating was amazing as it was directly on the beach and was covered with a huge umbrella. The food was served at the beach. Opposite the seating area was a huge bungy jumping tower and was very entertaining. There were washrooms were you could go and have a shower and clean off the sand.
